I purchased at the store and was very Unfortunate to get home and see that the tower was dented and did not work properly. I took it back, i was given an exchange and it works wonderfully.

one arrived Christmas did not work, now its July does not work again and no way to get in touch with manufacturer. Best Buy would not even give me the phone number!

Computer came with the usb in the BBC acj side oushed to far ti the keft snd could not plug anything into it. D uh dnt have the opportunity to use it

I'm blown away with this computer. For the price it's an excellent deal, easy to set up and way faster than anything I have owned before. Not really a big fan of the colored lights but now I'm used to it, it doesn't bother me. The SSD is fast. It boots up faster than my monitor can react. 20 seconds from off to ready to go. Where our desk is, it's a pain to connect the internet router via cable so I thought I'd try the Wi-Fi connection and it's just as fast as the hard-wire connection, it comes with little rabbit ear antennas for the wi-fi. I don't play many games but I have F1 2017. With everything maxed out on ultra-high it runs at 70fps. It looks like I'm watching TV, that's how good it looks. The machine is whisper quiet. Right now I can barely hear it running, and even when it's stressed a bit the fans aren't loud at all. My last machine sounded like a helicopter landing. I'm also impressed that it doesn't come pre-loaded with a bunch of crap. It looks like a pretty clean installation. Don't pay attention to people leaving bad reviews on the computer because they couldn't find a good parking space, or it was a cold day, or they didn't bother to take a gander inside the box to find damage, chuck down $850 and enjoy what seems to be a fine machine.

I love this PC! I purchased this about a week ago and have had no issues so far. The quality of the PC is outstanding. I was able to download all of my games easily and get started gaming in no time. This performs so much better than my previous console. Everything runs extremely fast and the PC starts up in very little time. If you are looking for a really good but affordable gaming PC than this is the one for you!

Two Cyberpowerpc s back to back issues with motherboard

I've never had a computer that had this kind of power before, so it did catch me a bit off guard. When I was told of how powerful this machine was, I wasn't expecting it to live up to the expectations exactly (due to prior experiences with inferior devices). However this one is the real deal. Everything loads up fast and downloads fast (I've gotten up to 19mbs, which is insane to me). Runs most if not all games from the last 5 years with relative ease and the parts inside of it have good longevity to them that can last for years to come before being replaced. My only issue is that whilst trying to set up a headset w/ built in mic, I was unable to set it up due to the headset+mic being in one audio jack and not two separate ones; something this computer is not apparently compatible with (to my knowledge after trying to find a fix for it for ~45 minutes). Otherwise, this is a great computer to get if you're looking for a solid gaming tower under $1k. A no-brainer if you can get it on a deal too.

I got this computer for my birthday and it performs really well. Out of the box, the fans are a tiny bit loud, but that's to be expected since it's its first time starting up. Can handle minecraft with 1080p texture pack and extreme shaders. Overall awesome computer!

I purchased this for my son over 3 years ago and it performed perfectly for all this time. We went to upgrade it and didn’t have any issues.

I bough this pc to play high demanding games and this pc without a doubt does this extremely well. It can run games at high FPS without a problem. This pc is great for the price.

I'm pretty familiar with PC's as I had built my own a few years ago before receiving this model as a gift. I had to download and update some of the drivers off AMD's website as well as update the GPU drivers. Which wasn't a big deal but be aware if you buy one that has been sitting on the selves for awhile, it's beneficial to update those things as sometimes you can run into issues. As far as the specs are concerned I'm satisfied with what it came with outside of the PSU, which another reviewer mentioned, the power supply is a knock off Chinese brand that may or may not cause some issues later down the road. I'll probably be replacing it some time in the near future with a trusted brand. Side Note Con: If you were to buy a 3700x off NewEgg or Amazon you'll notice that it comes with a Wraith Prism RGB heatsink, but apparently that was too much for CyberPower to include, so they replaced it with a Cooler Master one (which is loud btw) I was surprised to see the RAM was at 3000 mhz. I thought for sure it would be clocked at 2666 or lower so that was a plus. (XMP was enabled out of the box) It would've been nice to have an x570 motherboard or an ATX B450 mobo for more features, but I guess that's the trade off with the price. Overall I'm satisfied with this. Again, there are some things I don't like, but for the price and ease of setup I'm satisfied with it. Final thought: If you don't know much about computers do yourself a favor and buy an extended warranty. If anything happens you can have peace of mind.

was skeptical originally about buying pre-built, but i ended up in my local best buy one sunday and found this on sale for $850. with similar specs to the rig i was planning to build i figured why not, and im glad i did. great looking tower, with different options for the lights. upon start up, one of the case fans lights would not light up. opening the case, and looking around i noticed that it was due to the wire coming unplugged. fixed it, and have had 0 issues with it. currently at 2 weeks in so far, and absolutely loving it. very fast smooth running pc, with stunning visuals on my asus 144hz monitor i also purchased from best buy. running triple a titles like destiny 2, forza horizon 4, ive had 0 issues running ultra settings and always getting above 60fps. for those with no computer knowledge as far as building, or just beginner rig id recommend it to anyone. even after hearing alot of bad things about buying prebuilt.. also getting the computer on sale, i was able to purchase the 3 year warranty, which is wonderful as far as peace of mind. dont sleep on this system, if your looking for a decent rig that will multitask, play games in high settings, and never leave you hanging this is the pc for you.

although the price may come has hefty for new gamers, this price is actually well affordable when you compare to other computers! In reality this pc should have costed more for its components and features that make my games run smooth. note to self, remember to buy a monitor.
