I bought this computer for me and my fiancee as a way to increase our productivity levels. We both have separate laptops and desks but we found that there was no comfortable position and our remote jobs were tanking them faster then we would like. Two weeks into this purchase and it is amazing. The boot up time is seconds, and the ease of two monitors and a beefy computer makes work ten times easier. We have both seen an increase in our productivity. I have played both League of Legends and Destiny 2 on here with extreme ease. The WiFi on here is extremely good and was one of the biggest selling points for myself. Easy to set up and had the computer up and running on both monitors within the hour. Highly Recommend

I ordered this package on 11/21/19. UPS did a horrid job. New Mexico had huge storms and the package was left behind a truck. The digital codes for the Xbox live and one free game we're nowhere to be found. Other than that the product was great. It is only to be used for Oculus Rift S, and it runs amazing. The only thing is it does not tell me what type of RGB fans are currently on it. I want to add 4 more fans but want the same exact ones.

    Simple, Powerful

In the past I've generally bought regular PCs, upgraded the graphics card (and power supply), and piecemealed a decent gaming PC that way. This was my first "gaming PC" purchase, and I wanted something 1) powerful 2) simple to get running and 3) inexpensive. This delivers! It's powerful enough to run anything I can throw at it, and the extra features (like case lights) can be turned off. The only drawbacks: 1) I had to re-seat the graphics card, as it had shifted in shipping. 2) the case fans run constantly. It's not super loud, but it's louder than my previous PC. The GPU and CPU fans will ramp up as needed but the case fans don't stop, and there doesn't seem to be a low-noise option.

Got to say that I'm very impressed with the performance and speed of this machine! Games I was unable to play on my old computer run like a champ on this computer. I am getting outstanding graphics with impressive frame rates. I regularly play a popular fantasy mmo and am now playing with graphics setting maxed out and still getting 70-100 fps where on my old machine I was getting 20-30. This computer boots up super fast and loading times from the harddrive are very fast as well. Overall I find this machine an excellent performer for the price...and I've been buying/building my own desktop PC's since the early 90's.

We got this on sale the day our one we built crashed it was cheaper to buy it then build our own , now we'll be able to modify it. It is really fast great and easy to set up needs a new video graphics card but that will come in time I live it bc it's fast to do the computer barudf I need to do and my husband can play all his games on it without slowing our computer down, down side is it all automatically saves to the c drive which will be full too fast , so you just have to make sure to change where stuff saves.

I purchased this computer in October and it has been one of the best PC's I have owned. I am familiar with Cyberpower PC and their quality of products as one of the first custom builds I ever purchased was when CyberPower had first started. They make solid PC's for a lot more of a reasonable price than what competitors do. I have had limited experience with their customer service so I do not know what to say about that aspect however, I will freely admit they have some of the best priced PCs on the market!

I managed to get this computer on sale, but even before that its a bargain on what all you get. This runs games my old one wouldn't of even dreamed of running before. The only thing that is somewhat disappointing is that mine was supposed to come with a sub to Xbox Live Game Pass for 3 months but it didn't come with it. That was just a free side thing so I'm not really too concerned about it, I bought a computer not that. But yeah I have already recommended this to my friends who have been looking for a computer.

    CyberPower PC Review

The first one of these I purchased had a defective video card, the thing went bad within 3 or 4 days of purchase. I received a new PC free of charge and I have been pleased with this PC. It has handled the newer BF games very well. I mostly use the PC to run stock software on, and it can handle the multiple programs without lag. The only issue I've seen is the fan over the CPU heatsink makes noise and then the noise goes away. This will happen after the PC is turned off and it sits for 12hrs+.

I have been looking at gamin computers for the last 3 months after mine decided to die. Taking my time choosing because i didn't want to chose on a hope and prayer. I found this Cyber-PowerPC to be a very good starter computer. When i opened the box and pulled out the computer it booted up with no problems, have been playing on it for 3 weeks now and can say that this is a very good computer. Graphics are all on the highest settings and easily getting 90+ fps. I would highly recommend this computer.

This PC is great for beginners searching rigs in the modern world. It provides high sustained graphics for any AAA games you might want to play (ex: Apex Legends). And also can run any program you design for any coding projects (NetBeans, Notepad ++, etc.). If you ever want to buy a PC that will last, CyberPower is one of the best companies in the business for Pre-Builts. It is very smooth with high fps rates, and still runs like mint-condition after a heavy overclock and run for about a month.

Purchased for my 14 year old son. This is his first gaming system and after doing research and great help from Best Buy sales associate we chose this model. Opened up on Christmas day and no video. Called Cyberpower and were very helpful but the video card was not working so we had to take it back. Best Buy took it back just set it up and he will be on this computer for hours getting his gaming on. I dont know much about a gaming computer but our son said this is a nice set up.

It's about to be a month since i Purchased this and let me just say that it's a great computer for someone like me. I didn't want to struggle with building a PC and honestly this computer seems to run games at high resolutions with no issues! One bad thing I'd say about it is how loud the fans are though.. I'm considering getting them swapped out in the future but for now it doesn't bother me too much. The RGB lights are awesome too! Overall it's fantastic!

An excellent computer with some BUTS ...

I am not a gamer but bought this for general use and photo editing and for that it is 5 stars! It boots up in 30 seconds so it's quick, has some nice hardware, didn't come with any bloatware and I got it on sale at Best Buy so it was a IMO great price. And everything worked right out of the box! I guess the RGB could be cool if you are interested, it means nothing to me ... I have it glowing red and it's not a distraction where I have it. I was planning on building a system but for the price I paid for this I wouldn't have been able to (based on today's hardware). So the BUTS are: it has a B450M motherboard which is a lower level board, it would have been nice to get at least a X470 motherboard; the Ryzen 3700X in retail packaging comes with a different cooler than supplied and I don't know if it would be better for people gaming (doesn't really affect me); fans are a little on the loud side (9 YO computer was nearly silent with stock fans); uses a standard SSD drive vs a NVMe drive; most cases I've seen have fans in the front blowing in but this case has it on the side (could be the same cooling result); case is HUGE and you need to have a large space taking into account the side mounted fans but the top is mesh and looks as if you could eventually mount the fans on top or a water cooler for the CPU. As a general use machine I think it is excellent! You can pay about the same that this was on sale for and not get the Ryzen 3700X CPU, AMD RX 580 with 8Gb memory and a 600 watt power supply. You are able to get into the ASRock bios and tweak the settings if that's your thing. No bloatware that I've seen yet. Motherboard has 4 memory slots and can be upgraded to 64 Gb memory (only 2 are used). For the most part the components are from companies that are known in the industry. I bought it to save money on a computer as a build would have cost me at least $500 more with today's components ... in reality I don't need today's components but a gamer may.

I upgraded from my old Alienware x51 R3 to this and I can say it was a great upgrade. I can now play all of my games on ultra over 120fps. It's a beast right out of the box. Only thing that kind of irks me is that all the fans that came in it are all blowing out the heat, but none of them are bringing in fresh air. I'll probably add some fans myself and change out the Hdd for an additional ssd. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.
