The sound bar is easy to set up has a great bass presence and great sounds from the sound bar. Looks great near the TV and is easy to set up for wi-fi listening from a tablet or phone. The app is a little clunky but still works okay. Impressed by the overall build quality and sound from the equipment.

Only hooks up an optical cable. Called manufacturer who was supposed to send a patch and have not received.

I am for sure happy with the performance of this product, however the other day after not using it for about a week I had to unplug it and plug it back in for it to come on

Never had a sound bar before but they recommended I get it due to sale price. Probably not necessary for a small room but it works as described.

I have purchased the smaller definitive speakers and they are great however this sound bar sounds great, the volume doesnt get very loud and very difficult to pair with the other smaller ones. I returned this purchase.

Big sound and easy installation fir the unit. Very sleek and modern design. Plenty of power and simplicity when adding additional speakers. Good price for compatible units. Looked at others in Magnolia Theater and this one stood out. Price and performance balanced.

I purchase the soundbar because the demo sounded really great at the store, however after installing at home I had several issues. QUALITY workmanship of the hardware (soundbar, subwoofer and remote) was low grade plastic especially the remote and the functionality was not as advertised in the manual or website. The HDMI connection did not work for the sound so I tried to rational on keeping it using the Optics hook up but sound quality did not seem right compared from the demo at the store. I end up returning it to the same BestBuy store and the poor customer service treated me like I was at fault because I was not satisfied with the product. I wanted to exchange it for the Bose Soundtouch 300 but after I had to wait and observed them verify the returned product was functional I ended up cancelling the whole transaction and requested for a full refund.

The app to stream music needs a lot of work and that's only way you can connect to this device

There are times that the sound is tinny. We will have the Geek squad out for review. Overall satisfied with the product

Its good but goes from can't hear it to very loud too quickly, also sometimes won't go on/off in tandem with TV

speakers sound great but the rear speakers need to be louder and have more power, what can i do to add more power to the rear speakers.

We really like the sound of this sound bar. The bass is deep and movies really have depth. The base in sound tracks is wonderful. This is much cleaner sounding than the Bose that was more expensive. A clear difference - better for less money.
