Great sound and enjoyable easy to set up and use my husband and I listen to it all of the time

My 75" TV is set above a fireplace and the soundbar is on the mantel below it. My recliner is 10' from the screen; an ideal position for viewing and listening. I tilt the recliner to about 60 degrees and am surrounded by the full sound and vivid picture.

Great sound. Looks good. Easy set up, even with the Logitech Harmony 700 remote.

The DT W Studio is a nice looking soundbar that sounds really good. As others have said, it doesn't replace a dedicated 5.1 or 7.1 system. I was pleasantly surprised by the output of the subwoofer. However, at this price I would expect it to have HDMI ARC and HDMI 2 instead of 1.4. The on screen display is lacking and the remote is less than stellar. Even though this is part of the DT wireless collection, W7 speakers cannot be added to create 5.1 surround sound. DT recommends running all devices into the soundbar and then out to the tv. Originally, I set it up that way. In doing so, I wasn't able to get sound from the Smart features of my Samsung UN65JS8500 tv. When I would use a Smart feature like YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu Plus the tv would switch to that video content; however, the soundbar continued to play the audio of the TWC cable channel I was last viewing. I never could get it to play the audio of the content I switched to. So, I changed the setup and ran all devices into the mini OCB. In order to get audio from the soundbar I had to use an optical cable instead of HDMI. This is unfortunate because now I won't get Dolby TrueHD or DTS-HD Master Audio sound, which are only passed via HDMI not optical. However, now when I switch to Smart content the audio matches. Also, the on screen display doesn't appear now that I'm running all my devices into the mini OCB. Luckily, I set everything up when I initially ran all devices into the soundbar. I haven't tried using an a/v receiver, even though I have a Marantz, to see if the same results occur with the tv's Smart features. I suspect it will be the same and I'll have to continue running all devices into the tv. At least my receiver has HDMI ARC and 2.0 though. I'm still undecided on whether I'll keep this soundbar, switch back to a traditional audio setup, or look for another soundbar that offers better specs. Based on sound alone the soundbar is great. That's basically where it ends though.

First time owning this brand, AWESOME! Very easy to control with the APP and sounds great. Very easy to use with iTunes!

Works and sounds great I would like to be able to add more speakers for ture surround sound. Thought it was an able to do but after purchasing the item found out it was not.

Costs more than the other units in BB, but worth it. Sound quality is amazing compared to other sound bars at BB. Definitely like the center channel control and sub.

This product sync on WiFi, make a note there is no Bluetooth. But no issues with WiFi. Great quality sound MIN-MAX, no issues sounds great. I like the Build quality for Definitive, Heavier than it looks. Probably the best sound bar I owned.

Wasn't impressed with product as far as set up goes, sounded good in the store but not so much Ina big room. Just another company trying to compete in my mind w Bose

I really enjoy this sound bar and sub woofer. The best feature is you are able to raise the voice volume without having the loud background sound. Well worth the buy.

Definitive is AMAZING!!! This Sound Bar sounds great. The speech is clear and the subwoofer is not over powering. Movies sound much better now.

This is my first sound bar. I had purchased a JBL and exchanged it for this one. The sound is full, well balanced. I would buy this again.

Expensive but worth it if this is your thing. It would be overkill for most people and most rooms but compared to most of its peers it is much better.

The setup was very easy and quick. From an operational point, the system works great. As to Performance, the center speaker for voice is not as definitive and clear as I had hopped it would be.

Upgraded to this system from my klipsch 1000 theater system. Quite an improvement.

I purchased this system after returning a Bose soundbar that I was not happy with. I am extremely delighted with this sound bar. Set up is easy. Excellent sound clarity and level when watching TV. When streaming music the sound is incredible. Highly recommended.. You won't regret the monetary investment.

The sound is amazing, didn't really want the subwoofer to be separate but we needed the sound bar to be thinner so we opted for this one over Bowers & Wilkerson . Very happy with purchase

I read some of the other reviews and wasn't expecting much since it was a deal of the day. I was presently surprised how good it sounded in my bedroom. I thought it was worth the discounted price and wish I bought another one. I wouldn't pay full price but for $400, can't go wrong
