Bummer

Then, after the first time I used the steaming wand, it would no longer brew coffee. This was very disappointing. I decided to return instead of try my luck on a second one.

Waste of Money

Great idea for a coffee maker; horrible low quality product. I'm done with this brand name. They have always made low end products, but I thought I would give it one more try. NEVER AGAIN

Stopped working after 5 months

the good does not last

The coffee side is fine but its the espresso side that has now failed twice. Seems the valve that controls either sending the steam to the espresso or frothing likes to fail after less than 12 months. I am going to find it difficult to give them another chance. On the positive side Best Buy was very good about my return and providing a replacement.

I would give this company a ZERO if

We have the coffee/espresso/cappuccino maker and after a few months the water stopped heating up. For such an expensive machine to crap out so quickly is inexcusable, but even worse was the company response. They would not repair, do not have any authorized service companies, nor would they replace without the receipt. My inexpensive coffee maker has worked for 15 years without a hiccup why would I spend an exorbitant amount on another of their products that they don't stand behind their products. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY

This item worked great for the 1st 4 months
