Wonderful machine...bought this because it has a cold brew function..It is great..Love the grind selections...Fun to play around with...

Quick, easy and delicious coffee. This is my third DeLonghi superauto espresso machine over the past 10 years or so. It is the quickest and quietest so far. Adjustable grind, charge and water volume Makes the machine quite versatile for different beans and tastes. Out of the box the controls are not intuitively obvious, and there is a bit of a learning curve. Keep the manual handy. For the occasional steamed milk /espresso drinks I make, I’m happy using the manual steam wand. It works well, and cleanup is much easier than machines with automatic frothers and built in milk containers. So far, after about three months or so, machine is working well with no issues.

Love this machine. Makes great tasting coffee. The espresso maker is great and easy to use. Very self explanatory machine even for those who don’t like to read the manual.

it's been 2 month since I bought this coffee machine and so far so good! the reason why I didn't give the full 5 stars is the inside cleaning progress is pretty complicated. you need to follow 1 to 25 (approximately) steps to complete the cleaning progress. I wish they have better setup like "clean by clicking one button" type of deal. except this complication, I love my new coffee machine!

Easy to use and clean. Highly recommended, but the price point is a little high for it.

This coffee maker does make a great brew, which is the point at the end of the day. That said it needs a lot of fussy maintenance - programming cup sizes, mandatory, long descaling every few weeks, filling small reservoirs of water, beans, emptying waste, water waste. Makes a Keurig seem more manageable . Overall fine but not sure I’d do it again.

After a month we love it and it cuts down on are buying coffee out addiction the way we see it spend it on great coffee at home or go to Starbucks/Dutch bros 5 days a week. I would choose the home coffee machine and never buy a keurig again. The price we got it on sale but who would have thought to finance a coffee machine I wouldn’t but your monthly payment is a weeks worth of going to Starbucks so it’s a win win

Thai coffee maker replaces a delonghi magnifica which I had for many years. This machine works very well. It heats up very fast and can produce coffee in well less than a minute. Coffee is hot, it can be programmed sufficiently to make coffee just like I want it and is very easy to clean. Very happy with the purchase.

After unpacking and attempting to operate, contacted DeLonghi customer service and confirmed assessment that it was defective. Following receipt of return authorization & shipment, a new replacement machine was promptly shipped & received. It's a very sophisticated device that delivers a wonderful cup of coffee....!

This is my first espresso machine and coming from using a drip coffee maker my entire life the difference is noticeable. The coffee is much smoother from this machine and I no longer need to use cream or sugar. There is a learning curve but once you learn, it is easy to use.

Really good Espresso Machine, every morning makes me happy and the best coffe ever. Only one thing and it's my mistake that I didn't take with function that makes automatic capuchino by pressing one button.

I watched many You tube videos on different espresso machines and this one had all the features I was looking for in one package. I am not a fan of the new milk systems. I bought this machine for its price, steam wand, and super automatic capabilities. I have used ground coffee with the long brew option and I am pleased with it. I receive ground coffee as gifts and never know what to do with it besides donate to the food bank because I am set up for beans. Now I have a better option. My husband does miss the cup warmer on top which we had with our old machine. I do not miss it because I always felt like we were one cupboard door opening away from a broken mug due to it being under an overhead cupboard.

nice to automatic functions. picked due to simplicity and just touching a button. Set up is ok. the true ice is not so true. need to make a machine for cold coffee.

So I had this coffee machine for about a week. I love the way my coffee tastes. I have been mostly using beans instead of a blended because my mom prefers beans. Though the only problem is when we tried to find ways to get the coffee more bitter(my mom prefers her espressos triple shot because she loves dark and bitter) but for some reason we could not figure it out. I'll do more research but this coffee machine used standard-ly and without specific modifications is pretty great overall. I would put 4 and half stars but 4 is fine. Since there wasn't anything wrong with it, it was just a little confusing to use when you wanted your coffee to be a specific way.

LOVE THIS MACHINE. Truly use it multiple times a day and have had it for 6 months. The beans / flavor come alive with this machine.
