The unit is fairly easy to use and brews some great espresso. That said, there are a few things that I wish were modified in a version 2 (or greater) of this machine. * Cleaning cycle is complicated enough that you will need to refer to the manual each time. * It would be nice to have a larger water reservoir or support a "direct plumbed line". * Bean hopper could be larger. * Grounds collection and drip pan could be larger.

Maintenance is reasonable and coffee quality is consistent. I have had zero issues with this machine and it makes good espresso for being a super automatic. I will say that the "coffee" mode is lackluster but you shouldn't be using this to make standard coffee anyways.
