This is a great tablet for a young child. The price was right. Purchased the 2yr protection plan for those unfortunate accidents. They will replace the tablet if necessary. My granddaughter loves it. She has even been able to do her school work on it. She duo's her friends, and they play games together.

This tablet is very slow. I don’t know if it is defective, but the onebi bought does not stay on, shuts bye itself, and very slow.

This is a decent tablet at a good price. We wanted a low-cost tablet for our son - who tends to be rather rough on electronics. So we didn't want one of the high-end ones. For him the screen looks OK because he doesn't know the difference. This one is great to download movies and shows for trips in the car to keep him occupied.

Seems pretty good. It was a gift and my says she loves it.

A little under powered and laggy at times but it works.

pretty easy to use, got for an 80 yr old. they were able to work it.

Works ok but you will get what you paid for. For general use its ok, battery life is very poor, speed is slow.

I think Kindle is good. You could search and read books easily.

Cheaply made and very slow. Just initial setup it was already lagging. I was suckered in to buy the unit on the size of the display and spec of the processor...

This tablet is nice and affordable; great for basic use.

It takes forever to charge. It's real dim, very slow. Nothing positive to say about this item. Over been trying to return it since I got it and it keeps saying I have to wait. Then guess what they'll say it's past time you can't ↩return it smh

Wish I had purchased something with more memory and speed! I don't even use it. In fact my grandkids don't even want to use it!

The headphone jack on this replacement tablet is too loose and therefore only works intermittently. However, the one we bought and brought back, the headphone jack didn't work at all. So there is an issue with headphone jacks. I also heard of someone else who bought the same tablet and has a headphone jack that doesn't work. She says she just uses blue tooth and it isn't an issue. But we would like to have a working headphone jack but will not return it again. However, I give a 3 because it's a good price!! So I would recommend it for the price

This tablet is great! The screen is large and the graphics are vivid. It does everything fast meets all my grandson's gaming and streaming needs. Purchase the warranty and even cracked screens are no problem. Totally pleased with tablet and Best Buy warranty.
