Posted .Hi Mick, this is Kelly with Dyson. I'm happy to inform you Dyson AM09 will have a few features which are worth noting as it relates to heating mode. To begin with, the heater will need to be set above the current room temperature in order for your machine to function at its optimal performance, as it will go in to a standby mode as it reads the room temperature, awaiting the temperature reading to drop below what it has been set to. Also, your machine will work with two airflow modes; as part of Dyson Jet Focus technology. This will allow you to set your unit to blow out heat in a diffused mode for whole room use or focused mode for personal heating.
Dyson AM09 will also have an air flow control which will increase the speed of the air expelled from the machine, which can be adjusted with the remote control. You will have power settings ranging from 1-10. We are keen to go over your machine with you to learn more about your experience. Please consider emailing us directly at [email protected].
