Used & Damaged Fan - Wrong Model

I already own this model, and wanted another - absolutely love this fan! Provides effective heating, and adequate air circulation (cooling). The timer option is a nice improvement, over the previous model. Poor rating is due to Best Buy selling me a new unit which was - the wrong/older model, dirty/used and damaged (burn marks), and no remote control. Contacted customer service, and they advised to return to any store. The closest store took one look at the unit, and advised to drive 20 miles to the store where I picked up the fan. The pick up store acted like this was not unusual, and made no attempt to make things right. This was absolutely the worst Best Buy experience ever!!!!

It's been cold and I've tried to use the heater and the temperature is stuck on 59 and will not rise above that temperature. I have to send it back to Dyson to get it fixed when it works it works and when it doesn't it's no use to me. The only reason I'm giving it three stars is because I thought it wouldn't break down so soon.
