Great product, lousy service

We loved it ..... until it quit working 5 days before the warranty ended. At first the Dyson support seemed great...we were promised a replacement unit within 2-3 business days. But it’s been 6 weeks and still no replacement unit. I called or emailed them at least 6 times. Dyson products are too expensive to be supported so poorly. I’ll be reluctant to buy another Dyson after this experience.

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was the best fan and heater for about 1 year... this thing worked perfectly...then shortly after the 1 year warranty I started to get an H2 error... read about it and the little I could find said it needed cleaned.. we always have blown it out with compressed air and there are no other instructions on cleaning ....the compressed air paused the H2 error but it still came back....now after 2 years of use and out of our pocket $475 it works for about 30 seconds and then H2 error ..... this is ridiculous and I would never expect to pay so much for a product to only last 2 years.... not sure I would purchase a dyson product again...
