I am actually very disappointed in this model Dyson. I have previously owned the Dyson V8 for years and was extremely happy with it. The V8 was so easy to empty. I decided to upgrade due to the battery no longer working on the V8. The V15 is awful. Every time I want to empty it you have to take the bottom pole off and stick your hand up in it to get all the contains of the container out. I am tired of getting my hand dirty EVERY time the canister needs to be emptied. Also I was disappointed that the detect green light is only on one of the attachments. The one that I would use the most does not have it. Suction is good and I have had no problems with battery life. However I did try to return and Best Buy would not take it because it was over the return by 1 day. Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent on this! Such an ordeal to empty. Tired of getting dirty every time I vacuum!

I love using this product all around my home. I have carpet, wooden flooring, and tile and my shark vacuum cleans it all adjusts on its own for each different flooring type.

I’m addicted. I’m vacuuming multiple times a day (and I’m a lot of things but a clean freak is not one of them) just because it’s so satisfying to watch the dust disappear from my hardwood floors in the little green laser headlight and to watch the particle counts increase on the LED screen. My goal is to pick up a billion particles smaller than 10 microns!

Getting older made me want to get a cordless vacuum cleaner. I was tired of the cord constantly getting in my way, lugging a heavy vacuum cleaner, throwing the cord from one side to the other. I love the convenient fast charger, and the powerful suction.

We are very happy with our purchase of the Dyson V15 vacuum. We have a dog and three small children so our floors tend to be messy. With the different accessories, it has made vacuuming much easier and more efficient.

This is our 2nd Dyson stick vacuum, and we wouldn't have anything different. Our first one lasted for 6 years. It is wonderful for pet hair, dust, and just an all around great vacuum.

Stopped Spinning, NOW $300 MORE to get another!

Purchased this V15 vacuum 1.5 years ago and yesterday it stopped spinning. Since I have warranties for all my appliances I brought into Best Buy's Geek Squad. They do not fix Dyson's, so they gave me a gift card of the purchased price. Unfortunately, this Dyson is NOW $300 more. It's not a bad vacuum, but it's horrible that I can't even buy another without spending more!
