I have begun to replace my old (but favorite) VHS movies with their DVD replacements. I was pleased to find a REALLY old (from the 1960's) Disney movie among the available titles at Best Buy. I will definitely look thru the rest of my collection for additional replacements.

Who doesn't like E.T.?? This is a classic sci-fi film that was groundbreaking for it's time. It's a must in my collection. I've watched it many, many times over the years! A fantasy trip through childhood.

Love the CD soundtracks that came with the 35th anniversary limited edition package. Great 4K and Dolby audio. Can't wait what's in the 40th anniversary.

This movie is full of nostalgia for us 80's kids. It's one of Spielberg's greats and just great fun to watch. This BluRay had great HD pic and sound and was had at such a great price - well worth it!

I was never a huge fan of ET, but it’s a movie I still feel that I should have in my movie collection.

E.T. is a classic film. I love the stars in this movie. Dee Wallace and Drew Barrymore are great! A great sci-fi and family movie. Got hooked on Reese's from this film.

I purchased this movie for my granddaughter and now her new phrase is "ET phone home". We watched the movie together, since I had not seen it for several years, and enjoyed it all over again. This is a great movie to have for your family collection.

It was great in the theaters, still great today, though it was pretty petty for Spielberg to order the Federal agents guns be replaced with radios. I suppose they magically knew ET was friendly and if we wasn't, would have thrown their walkie-talkies at him.

I bought this movie because we are bored during the quarantine and my 3 yr old son saw the previews and wanted me to buy it. It's really a great family movie. My son can see how good movies used to be.

Bought 2 of these as gifts and am going to buy 1 more. It's an older movie but perfect for kids and eve adults. Love that it doesn't have all the violence that many kids movies have today. What kid wouldn't want to find an ET in their backyard.

Best movie ever! I remember seeing this the day you came out in a movie theater with the lines stretching five blocks long! Fortunately my cousin was working in the Theatre and I didn’t have to stand in line! That day I saw it twice!

One of my favorite movies of all time. I took my little sister to watch it when it first came out and now I’m purchasing for my granddaughters.

I had the 2002 release and while it wasn't bad this is much better. The case is more shelf friendly. The work put in to upgrade the video and audio or fix issues is evident. Glad to finally have a set I can be proud of on my shelf.

Legendary movie has never looked so good, almost too good. The image shows some flaws in the 1980’s visual effects but I’m thrilled they decided to use the original cut with the government agents holding guns not CG walkie talkies.

This is a movie that endures through the years. I loved it as a kid and my sone finally watched it and loved it. Highly recommended for families and those who remember "the good ol' days".

This is a must have for any SciFi fan and movie collector. This is one of the greatest classics of all time. And for this low price get to own it in 4K and Digital. Great quality all the way around. Highly recommend.

A must own for any fan of the movie. The picture and sound are great and a cd comes with of the movie score is included. This goes great with my jaws and close encounters sets I bought.

i loved this movie as a kid and they did an excellent movie remastering this for 4k, if you read the bluray.com reviews it shows they put alot of work into this and i do not buy every movie i love on 4k only if they did it right!

I don't know how they take an old movie and make it 4k, but it sure looks great. It did look great until my wife made me turn it off. Apparently some of the language is not appropriate for my 5 year old to repeat...

Instant childhood classic!! One of my favorite movies from my childhood. A simple no brainer to add with my movie collection. Still get emotional with some parts.
