This movie is a classic childhood movie and the 4K is a very good transfer especially for a 1982 movie very pleased

I remember going to see this movie in the movie theater when I was young. Very excited to watch it again as an adult in blu ray.

I love ET. Watching it on my 4k tv is ok. The colors are vibrant more detail. But because this is such an old movie, you see a lot of the special affects lol. for example you will see strings that you shouldn't se. That does not bother me I still love watching it on my 4k.

Childhood movie, I remember watching this movie as a kid and now owning it on Bluray.. the blueray transfer and sound is awesome.

I did not grow up on this movie, I only heard about how awesome it was in retrospect. While elements do not age well, the film still really holds up as a tale of a outcast boy befriending an outcast alien. In the world we live in, this film could still have a poignant thing to say.
