This thing works great, but you have to learn about it's quirks to get it to do what you want. 4/5 stars because sometimes it forgets its map.

Excellent little machine. Cleans and mops well. Very satisfied thus far.

We wanted an upgrade to the biselle that we tried out. It did good work, but we wanted a empty station and mapping features. This seemed to check all of thsoe boxes, but the reality has been much more disappointing. Dust bin is very small and filter requires constant cleaning Brush roll doesn't pick up hair (but doesn't get tangled either) but most egregious is the mapping functionality. Despite it being set on obstacle avoidance it will constantly get stuck on cords, shoelaces, or even some mail it picked up and dragged around. Our old non smart robot was better at avoiding obstacles than this thing. The mapping feature is also confusing and unreliable. I have a somewhat open floor plan that i wanted to divide into rooms based on floor type, but the software wouldn't let me and would not give a reason. I've tried remapping the floor and every new map looks completely different. Will be trying to return

This vaccuum And mop is amazing I used many times every day

Amazing, It’s as if we have a little helper in our house. I like the mop, our floor always squeaky clean. Love it!!!

Purchased this vacuum 3 months ago and it has done an amazing job cleaning up after our 3 kids, 2 dogs and 1 cat. No more pet hair under our furniture. We have had no issues with this product and plan to purchase a 2nd for our basement.

vacuum and mop work well however, app leaves a lot to be desired. Connection to app and vacuum gets disconnected frequently.

Absolutely love this device. My pups come in from outside all the time with dirt on there paws which used to be a huge hassle to clean up. Not anymore. Voice control “clean the front door area” and it’s spotless.

I’ve bought DEVOTs since they were available. Ups and downs, no mayor problems. This T20 is the BEST ever. Not only vacuum very well but the MOP it is amazing….

My best friend cleans and mops perfectly have to watch out though she’s always listening especially if your on the phone and say ok such and such she has started up on me

This thing cleans up very well, and with the dogs really messing up the floor sometimes it goes back after half complete to clean itself and comeback with fresh cleaned pads and water. Simply amazing!!!

I love my T20 OMNI, it can take care every area no issues.

Hands down the most easy to use intelligent robotic vacuum cleaner I've ever used. The mop feature is awesome and the app allows me to select independent rooms to clean. You won't be disappointed.

Powerful vacuum with great mopping function. I specific bought this robot vacuum & mop because it had these swirl mop pads and is a large area of wooden flooring. As with other vacuums, it doesn’t do a good job in the corners, but other than that it works great. Floor mapping was a little cumbersome to mark floors, divide rooms,…you will need to get a hang of it. Other than that pretty pleased with the performance so far.

Great product and price point was unbeatable. Battery could be a little better but for the price I have zero complaints.

This bot comes to the rescue every day by saving me so much time in the day! Absolutely love how spotless it leaves my wooden floors . The only con I have was not purchasing it sooner!

I absolutely love my vacuum/mop. I’ve had several and this one definitely meets so many expectations compared to the others! Would buy all over again if I had to!!!!
