Great vacuum! Does exactly what it should. It is quiet (except when it docks and it sucks out the dirt, that is loud but very quick). I haven’t tried the mopping yet but I have an older version of this so imagine it works the same. I am happy with this brand and that is why I bought a second. I have. 2 floors so this makes it easy. The app can run both at the same time so very convenient!

Good Vaccum but diesnt work well with Dog hair which is what i needed. The product would get clogged and had to be cleaned a lot

Best decision ever! Set up was super easy and switching out the parts were simple. I have a great Pyrenees and husky, normally I feel like im drowning in fur but with this vacuum I hardly see the fur anymore!

This vacuum has been life changing - you can turn it on before you leave the house and come home to clean fresh floors and even turn it on and off from the app while you are away. I don’t know what I ever did before this little dream machine! With vacuum setting, there’s an air freshener that gives your house just a perfect hint of freshness and with the mop setting - you can scrub messes or just every day wear/dirt/dust.

Very happy with my robot, the truth is that it makes your life easier, it leaves my carpet and floor super clean and I no longer have to use the large, heavy vacuum cleaners.

I bought the robot hoping it would navigate through my house better than most. unfortunately it had the same problem as lower-priced vacuums it kept getting stuck and lost. besides that issue it was great. it would definitely be a joy to use this on a different floor but based on the price I couldn't see it worth it for one room. I would buy this product again

I wanted to be impressed with Deebot T9+, but unfortunately it has one major flaw: the base station does not effectively remove debris from the vacuum. I tried vacuuming every day and limiting each cycle to one room at a time to ensure the dust bin wasn't too full, but it was still unable to remove the contents completely. The problem appears to be that the holes used to empty the vacuum dust bin are smaller than the intake hole, so hair and lint can be vacuumed but can't be removed. I only have one pet that doesn't shed, so excessive hair wasn't an issue. The vacuum mapped well and kept floors clean. I didn't make it to test mopping and returned the unit since the base station was unusable.

Absolutely perfect for our home. I was surprised to see it had a built in air freshener, which actually works incredibly well. The one thing it doesn't do flawlessly though is the mapping can be hit or miss sometimes, and it takes a couple of trial and error placements for the base to figure out where works the best. Overall great product and a significant improvement compared to our old i3 vacuum.

It does great on the hardwood floors. The app is nice. It struggles with transitioning from hardwood to a standard rugs. I had to creat no-go areas around my rugs in the app so it would quit getting stuck.

Love this guy! Cleans great, just make sure you dont have small items on the ground that could clog up the brush or he will ask for help!

Vacuum is great! Pros: can adjust to any floor and automatically adjust suction for floor surface. Cons: pet hair can get stuck and if you have girls like I do that leave hair bands everywhere it sometimes clog the self cleaning function. Mop: does leave streaks. But great for pets and live in the desert so vacuum during the day and mopping at night. I do love how it scrubs the floor.

love this vac but the only downside for me is the the suction from the vacuum to the base station is not that strong. I have press the auto empty button at least 3 times. that being said i do have a house full of girls with long hair and a dog so it does collect a lot of hair.

Amazing Robo vac/mop it gets the job done and has amazing battery life. Dont have to worry about anything
