This unit was a replacement for basic ice maker purchased for under $150 about 6 months ago. Our old ice maker broke and we were looking for better quality replacement. Friend recommended this product and after some research I decided to give it a try. Super slick and modern design, matches our kitchen perfectly. As far as the functionality goes, we love removable water tank and wifi connection. Super convenient and easy to use. Ice is a great quality too!! I highly recommend this product

I be purchased 3 separate ice makers like this. The one is far and away the best purchase by far. Super sleek, very easy to use and just all around nice. Makes ice super fast and keeps it for hours. 100% would purchase again. The ability to use it thru the app with WiFi is great. Love the blue lights, also the quietest one that I have ever had. The only negative I would give it is if you have cabinets above it, it’s kinda hard to get to reserve water door. But filling the removal tank in the inside is just as easy and still provides lots of water/Ice.

I got this mainly because I am an iced coffee snob and it doesn’t disappoint. It definitely steps up all homemade iced drinks. The quality of the ice is the best feature (imo) making these perfect tiny little cubes that cool down all liquids fast and crush easily in your mouth. It’s also very fast, from the time you plug it in, you will have enough ice for a drink in less than ten minutes. The unit is attractive and fits perfectly under a bar top but could easily be on a counter too. It basically allows you to make bar and coffee shop quality drinks at home. Operating the unit is super simple, my 7 and 9 year old can do it, and the app control allows me to start the machine on the way home so the ice is ready when I get there OR turn it off if I forgot before I left the house. All in all worth the money and great addition to the home.

This device has saved the day for my parties countless times. It is fast reliable and not to loud. The LED display makes it easy for use and its size is perfect for your counter or a mini bar! It comes with a little scooper along with bags to remove the ice once completed or not being immediately used.

Just got this Cozy nugget ice maker, very impressed,The build quality is excellent, it has a nice stainless steel finish and doesn't feel cheap. It makes the perfect soft, chewable nugget ice. The touch display is simple, and I love that I can connect it to Wi-Fi and just tell Google to make ice for me on demand. use filtered water, not tap water, for the best results and to keep it working perfectly. Absolutely love this ice machine. Not only does it make great ice chips, but it’s very stylish looking as well. We camp and have boat days often, so being able to fill our own bags of ice saves us a fortune! I upgraded to this Ecozy model and I'm impressed with the improvements. The removable 2-liter water tank is a game changer—no more awkward refilling through the ice basket. The app works reliably for remote operation, and build quality feels premium with a sleek design that fits under standard cabinets. The nugget ice is crunchy, clear, and produced quickly. While not quite "Sonic-style" soft, it's excellent for everyday use. Production fills the bin in about an hour without ice mountains forming. Operation noise is reasonable, the colorful display provides useful info, and self-cleaning makes maintenance easy. You'll occasionally need to break up ice clumps, but the included scoop handles this easily. Solid value with smart features that actually enhance daily use.

The Ecozy ice nugget ice-maker delivers on its promises! The overall design is user friendly and easy to learn. The water reservoir holds just under 2 liters which allows for less frequent fillings. The ice production is the really impressive part, with over 2lbs per hour. I will highlight the positives and negatives below. Good: Nice design. The stainless steel is sleek, and the blue LED light adds a nice touch. The removable water reservoir and ice bucket are thoughtfully designed and allow for easy use. You can access a flap on the top rear side of the machine to deep clean the machine. Ice production. As mentioned, this machine will produce about 2lbs per hour. I never ran it for 24 hours straight, but I would imagine if you did there would be periods of time it would need to pause to cooldown which is why it is advertised as 44lbs per day and not 48+. The ice starts to fall into the bucket in 15-20 minutes depending on water temp and ambient air temp in the room. App control. Because this machine takes about an hour to fill the bucket, it is nice to be able to start it about an hour before you get home. You can easily do this from the app, alternatively, you can setup schedules to do this at the same time each day. Auto clean feature. The auto-clean feature is great! You add water to the reservoir and start the cycle. It takes about 20 minutes, and it thoroughly flushes the system. After the cycle you drain the machine before refilling it. Bad: Drain. The drain itself isn't bad, but I wish there was a way to plumb in a tube or something to drain into a sink. You will have to pull the machine to the edge of the counter about once a day (more depending on use) and use a cup to drain the water. There are two drains on the bottom. One drains the ice melt, and one drains the water actually processing through the ice maker not including the reservoir. They are not marked on the machine or in the manual. The right drain is ice melt, and the left is the water in the system. Ice melt. The machine is not meant to store ice, just make it. Once the bucket is full, you will need to transfer the ice to a freezer. This might not be a problem for you, but it is something to be aware of. If you are using it for parties or just using the ice as it is made, then this will be perfect for you. Heat. The machine does put off some heat from cooling the compressor. The machine will actually tell you the air temp and I regularly saw it get into the 90s (Fahrenheit). If you had a very small kitchen, this might warm it up. It only puts off heat when it is actively making ice. Overall, this machine delivers on its promises and provides ice quickly and efficiently. The extra features and sleek design make it worth the money.

This ice maker is a great purchase. The set up is so easy and quick with minimal hassle. It is a bit heavy so be careful picking it up but otherwise super simple. The app is very intuitive and easy to set up as well. As long as your wifi signal is strong connecting the ice maker to the wifi takes less than a couple minutes and is very stable after it is connected. My power has gone off since I've had the product and its reconnected very easily. The app is also very nice in controlling the Ecozy. I like being able to set a timer for when and how long the ice is being made. It keeps things fresh and wastes little water when I know I might not need as much ice at any given moment. The display adds a really nice aesthetic to my countertop as well. Overall I think this is a great buy if a nugget icemaker is what you're looking for!

I was really excited to get this gadget, and was a little disappointed with the outcome. For the price, I would hope that something like this would be insulated enough to hold ice in it for a stretch of time, but the design is very clearly intended to have ice taken out and bagged immediately after it is made. This creates an impractical environment, because by the time an entire batch of ice is made, the bottom ice is already starting to melt. To put the entire batch of ice straight into a cold freezer yields a block of nugget ice, since the melted portions just freeze to themselves. Of course, if you plan on not using it for every day, then something like this could be useful for parties or events, but on a daily basis, this is quite impractical. All things considered, I do enjoy the ice when it is fresh. I have not gotten the hang of using it on a consistent basis, and the filling of the water tank and waiting 20 minutes for the ice to start dropping can be a bit inconvenient, but when it is available, it is very nice to have.

love love love this ice maker, it arrived fast and in good packing. I was excited to try this our right away. I unboxed it and started the ice maker, added my water and low and behold I had ice pretty fast. Love the nugget ice that it makes, the blue light inside is a nice touch. Very happy with this ice maker.

Hands down the best purchase I’ve made in a while, totally worth every penny. I replaced my old, cheap ice maker with this one, and it’s a game-changer. I received the Ecozy Smart Nugget Ice Maker last week and I tired it this past weekend - it was easy to unpack and set up and I was able to connect very easily to the app. The size of the ice nuggets is a bit smaller than what I expected - as recommended on the instructions, once it was done, I transferred the ice to my refrigerators freezer on one of the bags provided in the box with the product. I pulled some of the nuggets out yesterday and it was easy to pull them apart. I live in San Antonio, TX were water is very hard and I do not have a water softener system in my household so I will have to buy filtered water to use for the ice maker to stay below the recommended TDS levels.

I got this ice machine as an upgrade for my previous one and it did not let me down. I love that the door in the front opens up instead of having to open up the top and the ice stays frozen for much longer. It also has App that you can use to control the machine, which is very convenient it also has a very sleek look and looks very nice on the counter.I would definitely recommend this machine
