Customer Ratings & Reviews

Extremely happy with this washer,I don't know how they have made a washer smell so fresh and clean but I absolutely love that about it. Clothes come out so much cleaner than the top load we had.

looks nice, runs great and was easy to operate, washes clothes very clean

We are ultimately happy with our new Electrolux washing machine. The first one delivered to us had a door that was difficult to shut, so we were able to have that hooked up so we could have the use of it while we waited for another machine. Only disappointment is that it didn't come with an 8' connecting hose, so we had to get an additional attachment.

This washer machine is I wanna love. So far my clothes have been coming out clean. I love the different features it has. My only complaint is when the washer spins it shakes my whole house. This is my second Electrolux washer machine. The first one did the same thing. The balance was checked. It is leveled where it needs to be but still shakes.

Absolutely LOVE this washer! Had it for a little over two months and it works fantastically! Haven’t Bought a new washer in 10 years so I did a lot of research when buying a new one and I’m really glad I listened to the other reviews on this

Good washing with no sound. The setting is cery easy. The liad capacity and cleaning power us reaaly good

This is my third purchase of the Electrolux 4.5 cubic feet washer for two different homes. Excellent product. I will note that the original display was brighter and easier to read in dark light than the one on the current model.

Washer functions very well. It's a little low without the stand. It's quiet and does a good job.

Overall the washer works well. I have not used all the different settings, but I like that it will show you what it changes when you change the preset (temp, spin, etc). My only complaint is that typically one small item (e.g. a sock or makeup wipe) will get stuck in the front seal of the washer during the cycle. That item then won't get fully cleaned or have the water spun off it.

High quality washer! A lot of people to be honest don't pay too much attention to the Electrolux brand. It is a great brand! It was a bit too loud for my wife but the clothes came out great and the machine does perform well. Due to the noise, we ended up exchanging it with another model.

Great washer at a great price. So far, very pleased. Only had it a few weeks so time will tell but it seems very well made with more features that I will ever need. Great Best Buy Outlet purchase.

Love our new Electrolux washer and dryer!! Super quick and quiet, very happy with our purchase and installation from Bestbuy!

Looks great, works great, quiet with great capacity.

After a terrible with an LG washer and customer support we decided to roll the dice with this Electrolux machine. The cycles take half the time of the LG and also seem to be more robust. Fingers crossed as to the longevity of it, but so far so good.

Return Customer and the washer is great. See my review on the dryer door. Always with Electrolux its a great product but not perfect. I wish they would find a solution the the internal dampness so the door can be closed when not using.

good but scratch when it came.easy to use,but delivery should be more careful

You can feel this washer is made of good materials. It is very quiet and steady (compared to whirlpool front load one that we returned). The only concerning part is if you wash socks, it needs to he in a bag or it will stuck on the gut.

Excellent washer. Have been using it now for a few months and couldn’t be happier. Lots of settings and wash cycles. Stain treat options are also great to have.

I have done a lot of research and bought the Top of the Line of LG Top Loader Washer. What a joke clothes Stayed Dirty!! This Washer is the Best on the Market! Absolutely amazing!!

I love this washing machine. The only thing missing is a dry cleaning cycle.
