The washer has been working great since purchased. This is the first front load we've had. I do recommend putting it through the clean cycle monthly.

This machine is a WIN compared to the Samsung Washer it replaced. It washes my clothes by using less energy and it thoroughly cleans your clothes.

I have had this washer and dryer for a month now and im loving it. I had LG before and Electrolux seems to surpass them in performance. It takes me half tge time to do clothes now.

It's fine. We upgraded from a roughly 10 year old washer/dryer to this set even though our old set was still working. I see no difference between my old, boring top-load washer and this new one besides this one looking nicer. The old dryer couldn't dry large loads very well and we'd always have to put something like our queen-sized comforter in 3 times for the max time each (using low heat, we never go higher) before it would be fully dry. This new dryer is just... the same. Maybe I expected too much, but there's really no difference between this set and my old one even though my old one was the most barebones model at the time. Considering that set was like $1000 together, this is overpriced.

I have never had a more squeaky machine. This thing is BRAND NEW and it wont stop making the squeaky noises. I have had this and a brand new dryer for just over a week and I am not as pleased as I thought. I replaced my old Electrolux pair with a new pair, and unfortunately, the pair does not offer the same types of laundry loads. Very limited. And very squeaky!

This is my third purchase of the Electrolux 4.5 cubic feet washer for two different homes. Excellent product. I will note that the original display was brighter and easier to read in dark light than the one on the current model.
