NEVER BUY BESTBUY

I PROVIDED WITH 3 SEPARATE CAASE IDS TO COMPLAIN AND STILL SENT ME THE BLACK SCREEN INSTEAD OF WHITE. I AM ON THE PHONE ONCE AGAIN FOR THE 5TH TIME TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO SUE OR GET MY MONEY BACK SINCE THIS SCREEN WAS SUPPOSE TO BE WHITE AND INSTALLED FOR PRIOFESSIONAL USE

Awesome Projection Screen

Great screen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this screen almost a year and no complaints yet. Works perfectly and provides a great image. I have the wireless trigger for it so when my projector turns on or off it goes up and down. So it goes up and down 4 times a day as I turn it on in the morning to watch the news and then back on when I get home after work. Been working flawless since day one.

Defective Item - Makes lot of noise
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The item that I got seem to be a defective item. It makes lot of noise when it goes up and down. You can see the vedio clip in the youtube link provided. I contacted bestbuy and manufacturer about the issue. Both of them agreed to replace immidiately. Since it is before 30 days of purchase, I went to store to get the replacement. I am waiting for the new one to arrive. I am giving "Poor" rating mainly because of the issue I mentioned above.
