An intro to "Air Fryers"
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Air Frying is just another way to sell a convection oven cooker. The original ones were very noisy. This is quiet and nice for the price. The basket is large enough for a side dish for 4 or a meal for 2. Pros: very quiet operation, easy to use and clean. Cons: Very limited temperature range, doesn't seem to cook any faster than my toaster oven and results are similar. I use it mostly for (non)-fried potatoes and roasting vegetables.

Must Have Appliance

The 4qt capacity is enough for a meal for two. Easy to clean, easy to operate. The only downside I would say is that the temperature setting does not go past 400F.

Cheap and dirty

The touch panel doesn't respond very well, especially if you have very dry skin. It takes many attempts to lower the temperature because. The beeping response when pressing the touch panel is very loud and annoying. Does it's thing when it comes to cooking. I'd recommend a different brand, but if it is on sale like when I bought it, it's a good deal. Don't buy it at full price.
