Decent printer at a fair cost. Ink cartridges are pricey since they are so small, but good quality results.

Easy to use, great picture qualities. Love the look.

It prints beautifully but almost impossible to change cartridges. Broke the pinhead on my first one and now can’t get the cartridges change on the second one.

This printer is beast. The colors are amazing and the don't smear. What I mostly use this printer for is to draw over it with markers and artist pencils. With Canon ink the black ink would smear but Epson ink is able to hold its form with alcoholic markers. Make sure you use photographic paper or ink jet printer paper for this machine. Anything less you may be disappointed with the quality of print.

Picture quality great! Compatible with Pro Mac. Sales rep took time to research this compatibility. Set up instructions could be more helpful.

I have had the printer since Feb so like 2 months, the few times I used it, it printed beautifully. Just today the printer shows an error, I contacted Best Buy, they gave me the number to espon directly. Hopefully they send a replacement.

Having owned an Epson Stylus Photo 2200, the learning curve was not as complicated as it might have been otherwise. Although I haven't had a lot of time with the HD XP 15000 , so far i'm well pleased with the results I get. The print is a little darker than the monitor image, however , I have not calibrated my monitor for too long so that could be part of the problem. Overall, this printer is well worth the price for an in-home printer.

Great product. Easy to use. Excellent picture quality.

I have only printed a few 8 x 10's so far. The prints look very good. I'm still learning some of the technical steps to print. Seems to extra, unnecessary steps in some of the processes. Best Buy was very efficient with ordering, updates, and in store pickup. No complaints so far.
