I Love my All in One Fax and Copy Machine ! They Only issue I have is that the ink cartridges are really expensive

I was looking for an inexpensive printer for basic printing. I had to run 8 to 10 sheets through before I received a quality print. It was not as easy as a 1 - 2 - 3 set-up.

Replacement for one exactly like this. Tjeu are only good for about two years But then u get what u pay for.

This printer has a good quality print. Easy set up. Easy to use.

The display screen too small and very hard to controlled . And no Chinese for display . The paper holder is weakness and make the paper massively. The paper go through not smoothly.

The ink that comes with it did not print up to 4document before it started stating low ink... I change the ink again, it didn’t last nor print up to 10paperszz and the worst part is the ink is expensive and also the ink can’t be refil you have to buy a whole ink everytime this is crazy.. I do not recommend

I absolutely love my all-in-one printer it does what it supposed to do it scans it prints you can also fax it's easy to handle business with this printer that's why I love it so much very easy to scan documents onto your computer. Just be careful not to use a whole lot of ink

Thank you this printer works when it works. Has fax and everything it updates firmware almost all the time. The ink can get expensive is my only problem. Get the warranty little ones are know to throw stuff in printers.

Printer cartridge is really small, need a bigger size.

This is one of the worst pieces of technology that ive wasted my money on. 75% of the time, it doesn't work. Always a connection error or says it's out of ink. Even after replacing the ink or reconfiguring the connection. When it does work, it's a bit slow. Also can't seem to figure out how to scan a document in through printer. I have to constantly go through computer. Whenever it fails completely, it's going in the trash.

We wanted a small printer to use in the family room since my wife and I use our computers on our laps as we watch TV and wanted a printout close at hand. We both have computers and printers upstairs in our office but that is such a long way away ! We have a wall full of electronics and the printer fit right in with no obtrusion. Looks like it's been there forever. Problem is obtaining print cartridges. They are hard to find even on the internet.

Note: I previously had a Workforce 500 and absolutely loved it! This WF-2830 was purchased at Best Buy in Dublin, CA when my 500 finally failed. The machine does what it is supposed to do very well however it has two major drawbacks. 1) The readout is so small, it requires a magnifying glass to select settings! 2) This Workforce uses a massive amount of ink and $80 a pop for the refill from Epson makes it a very expensive machine to use. A definite step down from my old 500!

This printer works as it should, but I printed about 10 pages while doing setup and used over half of the black ink cartridge. There is supposed to be a XL cartridge that I will try. I think that the standard ink cartridge would be better than what I'm seeing. The XL Black cartridge is about $30.00. I can't say if I would recommend this printer until I see how the XL works for me.

I’m familiar with Epson workforce printers, it’s what I use in my shop. Decided to pick up this little guy for home use. 1. Employee who saw me looking at ink told me it came with ink, i didn’t need to purchase additional. The included ink is only enough for set up. 2. Ordered the ez-ink off amazon as suggested on the EPSON BOX. Stupidly allowed a firmware update which rendered non epson brand cartridges useless. Kept saying they were unrecognized. Decided to just ordered Epson cartridges instead of trying to downgrade my firmware. 3. Put in my brand new $60 Epson cartridges from Staples, did a couple nozzle cleanings, BAM! Out. Of. Ink. And out of money and patience.

I've not owned it long enough to give it anything better than good. It's new. It works. Set up and connecting to the internet was surprisingly easy after the nightmare I had connecting my last wireless printer (manufacturers name withheld) I've not been overly impressed with the print quality on Normal print. And I won't change the setting because that will just eat up the ink. I am leary of the "You have to use Epson Ink" clause and I hope they lose the law suit.

I bought it for the occasional color printing jobs, easy to set up, good color quality, printing speed average. With that said, it is best to have it connected via USB to your Desktop or Laptop if you have to print a big project i.e. 200 pages. If you do it through the wireless option, you might get communication errors. Thus, the print job will stop and queue from the start, not cool.

Although this printer can do multi functions, we have had issues with ours. I have to reset this printer often, usually after it was not in use "sleep mode", The next day and or after it completes an update.
