The scale keeps me on track with weight control by recording and communicating my weight and progress to my FitBit app ( on my PC and Phone) . Easy tracking!!!! The scale looks good in the bathroom.

As a weighing scales it works, and syncing with fitbit is fairly seamless. The setup on the wireless took me a few goes, not sure why, had to do on the desktop as through the mobile app didn't work. After setup though it's very straight forward. The fat percentage seems pretty random to be honest, I can drop 2% body fat in the space of an hour, so I think it depends on how you stand on it? Seems fairly inaccurate. It can also be a bit flaky on weight if it's not on a completely flat surface.

Pros The scale is accurate in terms of weight. The setup is very simple, and it always syncs flawlessly. Cons. Body fat percentages vary wildly, even with consistent variables in the way you use the scale. It also uses a antiquated WiFi frequency, more modern routers may not work with it. Overall I'd recommend the scale for anyone wanting to lose weight or maintain a weight. It pairs nicely with fitbit trackers and the fitbit app is better than average on both ios and android.

    Convenient way to track weight

I bought this scale simply for its convenience. I like to track my weight to identify trends and sometimes forget my exact weight before I write it down for the day. This scale solves that issue by automatically syncing each weigh-in via your wireless network. If you're looking for a scale that tracks your weight for you, this is the scale for you. If you're just looking for a "generic" scale, I would not recommend, simply due to the higher price point.

    Perfect Scale for Fitbit owners

It's a great companion scale for any FitBit owner. I have it paired with my FitBit Blaze. One downside is the tracking technology for BodyFat%, weight loss/gain, or any tracking is only available if it's connected to Wi-Fi, otherwise it only gives weight. If you have Wi-Fi then you won't have an issue. The pairing steps are easy and quick. It's a bit smaller than the Aria2 but works just as fine. If you're dieting, working out, or tracking your health it's one of the items I recommend you add with your FitBit purchase. It also works alone paired to the FitBit app for smartphones so you don't have to buy a the watches to make this purchase worth it.

A Smart Scale for better tracking

The Fitbit Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale is a good companion peripherial if you are currently using a FitBit tracker. The auto sync with the FitBit app on my phone is a great help to keeping track of my weight and fat% goals. I don't have to guess too much or manually input numbers into the app which saves time. The one problem I did have was the initial setup and had a hard time syncing the scale to my app. I tried to do it through wi-fi with my macbook but found it to be much easier to do it with the mobile app on my phone.

Not only measures pounds. It also measures body fat. Sharing information with a friend or with someone in the Aria community helps me to stick with program. Very accurate and easy to use.

Both wife and I use a Fitbit (Flex and Charge HR). The scale works as advertised, easy to setup and sends the data directly to our accounts. Instructions don't tell you how to add another user to the scale, so I initially set it up and then had to look up online on how to get my wife's account tied to the scale. It would be nice if you could use it a as a generic the scale without automatically logging the data (as it remembers who you are) Also, the price for the scale was a bit high.

Good scale, easy to use with iPhone and FitBit

This is a good scale and it easily synchs with my iPhone FitBit app. It recognizes different users automatically. The only problem we had was when we went to weigh the cat (weigh yourself, then weigh yourself again with the cat) it skewed our weight record and we couldn't delete the entry. Overall, it works well, looks nice, and is a whole lot more accurate than our old bathroom scale.

Works well after some issues with setup

The initial setup was a real pain. I tried the setup from a phone then downloaded the web setup tool on my mac and it still took an hour or so to get all of the steps to complete. 4 days later the unit wouldn't power on and it turns out the batteries that come for free with unit were leaking. After I got all of this squared away the unit works great. Syncs automatically with my fitbit account.

The scale works fine and ties into my FitBit software. When I weigh myself, the date and weight are registered in the software and charts maintsin progress. Awesome. The top of the scale is glass or ceramic, so some care is advisable to avoid breaking it. I do not believe this is a real problem, if you are careful. Treat it the way you do a mirror in your home and it should be fine. Setup was easy if following the simple directions.

    Got us motivated

My husband and I got this scale and a couple of fitbit Force watches. It's helped motivate us to be more aware of ourselves and we now do things like take the stairs and park further away from the store. The scale really brings it all together and we felt like it would be our more long range (weekly, monthly) metric whereas the watches are a more daily metric for how well we are intentionally taking care of ourselves. I like how the scale is simple looking, fits our interior design, recognizes each user automatically, keeps an accurate record of us (other scales say the same things about how much we need to work out!), and it's just good to have something like this. For the price, it's everything we expected. Be ready to spend a little time setting it up though. That part was kind of confusing.

I bought this with my new fitbit and have to say that so far I love it. It may only give you you weight and body fat% on the actual scale but if you set up an account online you will be able to see much more information based on the info measured by the aria. It will also show you how you compare to others based on your age and height. You can see how you stack up compared to others in terms of lean muscle vs. Fat, bmi, weight, and body fat%. If you are working hard to stay in shape it is nice to see how you compare to others.

The scale is very nice. If you use a fitbit it just expands your experience. If you have multiple users you have to set up each person the first time but then the scale recognizes who is on it each time you get on. You can review you weight on your fitbit app and set it so that the other users cannot see your weight. It is very accurate and also estimates your fat %. I really enjoy the scale and it works great.

I bought this scale so that I could use it along with my Fitbit Surge. The scale gave me trouble during the setup. I had to YouTube an alternate way to set up (had to set up to mobile device) but once I did it connected instantly to my laptop and wifi network. I love the way it syncs to my phone app and helps me keep track of my weigh-ins. It looks great and starts working instantly as soon as you step on it. It gives accurate info as I have compared to an alternate scale (non wifi) and a hand held body fat sensor.

Love it. Quick and set up was good. Wish it was cheaper for what it does. But, It does what its supposed to. I think it would be good if it gave the fat %for anyone that gets on versus only people that have a profile. I use it daily. Love that it recognizes me by weight. Very dependable and accurate. Have compared it with dr results. Love that it automatically syncs to fitbit app. It's a great scale.

My wife got into fitness big last year, diet, exercise and she lost about 30 pounds. I got her a Fitbit and she loved it. Christmas came and I got her the scale, there were the two best gifts I could have gotten her. She has now gotten the whole family involved, we are a big Fitbit family with Sir McScale giving us accurate readings. We love it. I but on the pricey end but it is sleek, neat and accurate.

    No Cheating Allowed!

The Fitbit Aria scale does not allow you to cheat by entering a lower weight, not that you would to that. It automatically syncs to your account as well as your LoseIt account then calculates your weight loss or gain. No need to remember to enter your data each day. Easy setup but if you use MAC Address filtering, the MAC Address is located on a small sticker on the inside of the battery compartment. Just pop it open and you'll see it. Makes weighing in a no brainer.
