I had high hopes for this scale. Since I bought my wife and I a Fitbit Charge HR a couple of months ago, I thought this would really help add another layer of information to our fitness tracking. The scale was pricey, but I thought that the added features would make up for that. I also assumed that the easy setup with the Charge HR's would mean that all Fitbit products would be easy to setup. I couldn't have been more wrong. Setup seemed pretty straight forward when I opened the box. After a few minutes it became apparent that it wasn't picking up our wifi. So the next step was to call customer support. Wait Fitbit doesn't provide a number to call, but they do have an email. So I sent an email. In the mean time A quick google search provided a few work around solutions. None of them helped. Several days later and a few more emails and I finally had a number to call. The call was worthless. Essentially the tech rep said that my wifi settings had to be reset to a much older "b" version to to get the device to see the wifi. Since I just purchased a new router to handle all of our other devices, I was done. I wasn't going to dumb down the network to accommodate a product that designed to work on an outdated structure. Outdated wifi and poor costumer service caused me to return it. A $35 digital scale has replaced this headache.

We had problems with our first one, and the company immediately sent a replacement. This one works well.

I've been eyeing this scale for about 2 years or more, so glad I got it, not sure I want to believe the BFI but I don't know what type of algorithm its using to calculate that either, best part is I don't have to remember to input my weight into my FitBit profile or on my phone.

Bought this for my wife and she quickly set it up, linked it to her FitBit account and started weighing in each day. We also setup an account for me which was simple and it's easy to tell the scale who is on it after it takes your readings. Just remember to remove your socks to get the body fat reading.

I had been wanting one for months and finally decided to take the plunge one day when I wanted to get back on track after a severe injury. Out of the box it was extremely easy to set up and only took about 15 mins. I already had a FitBit account so I just had to add it on there and connect it to my home's WiFi. It has been 4 months now and it is still great. Battery level is still at about 90% if not better. Both husband and kid use it as well and I can keep track of everyone on my Aria dashboard when I need to. It even picks up when my cats sit on it (11 lbs! LOL). Only occasionally will I get on it and it will show me as Guest instead of my initials. I'm not sure why since my weight isn't fluctuating significantly and it is much different than my husband's or kid's. The unfortunate part of that is when it does that it won't register the body fat %. Overall not a big deal since I can go to the online dashboard and switch it to myself so not a game breaker by any means. If you were wavering about getting one, I totally recommend it!

When combined with the activity tracker it is really a good tool to manage over all fitness and nutrition

Purchased as a gift for a family member, they are happy with it.

At first I didn't think this would produce accurate results, but after trying it a few times I was able to see a difference from other scales currently on the market. I perform my weigh every morning before eating, and also the body fat aggregation is a bit off but understandably so.

I followed the set up instructions and still haven't been able to successfully sync with my fitbit. The whole point of getting this scale was to utilize enhanced features that synced with the fitbit and app. Still trying to get it to work, but save your money for a less expensive scale.

If you are already invested with Fitbit, the Aria is a no-brainer. Easy to setup and use. If you are not already Fitbit indoctrinated, it may be an expensive investment.

I love this scale. Stores info, can tell different people apart, and the info syncs really quickly.

Doesn't do much. Just what it's supposed to do. It's just okay

We found a quality scale that holds up. It's nice to have a durable device and is worth the price.

Great scale bUt was broken and I had to return it for another one.

I wish the product knew how to be a little less honest with me.

I install and configure the scale in few minutes and it is great to track your system

It's an excellent scale. I would be sure to go online and change the body style setting to fit your need on the fitbit website. This should help a bit with the body fat content. I don't believe the body fat percentage is completely accurate, but it gives you a good idea of where you are at. Combine it with a fitbit band and you can really keep track. It has to connect to your home wifi and a few times that our wifi has gone out we've had to set up the scale again. Not bad for the price and it looks very sleek. The surface will definitely get dirty easy with the slightest water drop but it's easy to clean. The display is great and set up isn't too bad. With the fitbit app it syncs when you are on your wifi network so it's a great tool to combine with other fitbit products. Would definitely recommend.
