Doesn’t hold up to everyday use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased 5 of these trackers for my family and all but one are still working. It is either the band or the clasp around the charging port that breaks. Once either of these pieces break, the fit bit becomes useless. I am really dissapointed with the quality of the product and would not purchase again. When the item worked it was great, but unfortunately they will break. I don’t believe that anyone in my family was extremely rough on the tracker, it was just normal everyday use.

Good product but feel heart rate not very accurate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good product however feel heart rate is not accurate. It would state that I have had 1 hour of heavy sports when I had been doing nothing but working all day. Did not track my activities very well as it stated. Just not for me.

Broke too soon
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great for about 9 months and band broke. Best Buy wouldn’t exchange but Fitbit had excellent customer service and replaced. Looking back I shouldn’t have cut corners and should have just purchased Apple Watch.

I wouldn't buy it again
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's just OK. I have been disappointed with some obvious inaccuracies within my experience of wearing it. The clock is off by three minutes. None of the items today come with instruction books so I don't know how to fix it.
