I'm really enjoying this HR Charge, and it's my first fitness bracelet tracker. I also had to contact customer service as after I had pushed an apple update to my phone, I had trouble with the sync....they responded to me immediately with detailed instructions that were easy to follow. Was all fixed in 5 minutes.

This is a great way of keeping track of your daily activity. It provides all the information I look for as well as the activity on the days I go to the gym. The only thing I would like to change is the bulkiness of the item. More so for woman. Other than that, I absolutely love it.

I love my Fitbit HR; it is exactly what I needed. I can't believe how it has helped me with my HR. It is always spot on with my BP reader. It is good to know by just a couple of clicks, I can my HR! All the data it provides is simply wonderful!!

The Fitbit HR is great. Very light and comfortable, forget its on my wrist. Tracks steps, HR, distance, floors, and sleep. Also syncs up with myfitness pal app that I use for tracking meals.

I was originally interested in this fitbit but didn't want to spend the money. Instead I went with the up2 and ended up replacing it a couple months later with it. My biggest complaint is the battery life (which I expected) and it doesn't always log my heart rate during my workouts.

I got this for my wife for Christmas. Best Buy had a GREAT deal online during a FLASH sale. I paid $109 and got a $10 dollar BB card. Recommended for everyone. The ease of set up, the ability to tell the time and view steps, sleep and heart rate are fantastic. My wife loves it and it only comes off to charge!

I love all the aspects of my Fitbit Tracker. I am not a good sleeper so I especially love the way it tracks the amount of time I am asleep, restless and at what time of the night. The only thing I would improve is the material or size of the wristband. It tends to chew up my wrist a bit if I wear it too long.

This device works great. It is useful to log in at the end of the day and view heart rate progress through out the day and during peak exercise time. Also nice to review sleep patterns. Has double tap on face option to customize instant display measure. Dashboard on computer is a little busy and takes time to get comfortable with. I leave my heat rate on continuously and need to recharge every 5 or 6 days. When recharging need to make sure the user profile stays locked in on Time Zone or will display incorrect time. Have not started logging in food eaten to offset calories burned but will soon. That is pretty handy as well. Can invite friends to challenges which also is pretty cool. Would recommend for anyone.

I found this to be a great gift for my buddy, he was looking to get into wearable fitness devices. He liked the Heart Rate monitor to be extremely useful for his running. The features and size of the device made it a perfect option for someone looking for a rugged everyday device.

Bought this as a present for my husband on Father's day. He liked it as it motivates him to take more steps, especially those last few hundred steps to reach the 10K mark. However, the nature of his job causes the watch to get scratched on a daily basis so he does not wear it daily.

I had a basic level fitbit and it just wasn't good enough for me since I constantly had to look at my phone to get any information. With this upgrade, I can still get my information even if my phone isn't near me. A little over priced so I would wait until the price lowered or you had best buy money to use on it.

It is worth the money. It helps you keep track of how many steps you do in a day, which can turn into miles. You don't realize how much you walk and this is a great way to keep track of your steps. The best part is you can challenge a friend who also has the fitbit and it only makes you want to work more!!!

I purchased this Fitbit as a gift for my Dad for Father's Day not really sure how much he would use it and it turns he loves it! He uses it every day and is now super competitive in wanting to have the most number of steps in a day. He also really loves the heart rate feature and app. Best Father's Day gift ever!

I use this mostly for time and HR. I'm an RN and am constantly looking at the time. I tested the HR monitor with the equipment we use in the hospital and its within about 3-5 beats per minute, which is not bad. That's at resting, not activity though. I feel it's a good purchase.

Purchased for my wife who wears it every day--the band started to peel away from the display after about 9 months; I contacted FitBit support and they sent me a new unit (or possibly refurbished) under the warranty, so we're giving it another chance!! Great customer service!!

I think my Fitbit Charge HR is very good! I would give it 5 stars but I have lost my history twice with the syncing to the app. I purchased the sync solver app now to sync my Fitbit to Apple Health to have a backup. It works great and I do not have worries of losing the history.

I absolutely love my Fitbit Charge HR watch! It does everything count steps, heart rate, stairs, calories, and the best part is participating in the challenges with other people who gave Fitbit!

I actually retired my fitbit for a smart watch. The smart watch did not hold up and had paint flaking off. I returned it and went back to the fitbit. I got the charge and I live it. The band is noce and cleanable. Accurate steps and heart rate

I have a chest strap HR monitor that I use exclusively for the gym, so I end up using the fitbit for everyday use. It's nice to see how many steps you take in a day, and also enjoy in the friendly challenges. They do motivate you to move your body just to 'beat' your friends.
