I bought this for my wife, who is somewhat tech challenged, but she was able to get it all set up and going on her own without help and has been using daily. She loves it! It interfaces with iPhone app well and has the features she wanted. Worth it, especially for the Back Friday price I paid for it.

Basically this is an excellent pedometer with the extra benefits of digital connectivity. The heart rate monitor is a nice feature as well. It seems to be reasonably accurate as a pedometer with the exception of its inability to accurately track flights of stairs climbed.

I bought this as a birthday present for my daughter. It's what she wanted. She just turned 19. One of her friends had one and both thought it was pretty awesome. Another of her friends has since bought one also. My daughter wears hers everyday. She is always tracking her calories, steps, all that stuff.

This is a great device to have if you practice a more physical lifestyle. I'd recommend it to help keep track of your progress, goals and heart rate. I see online recently, they have other advanced fitbit styles/models. I guess technology is going to a whole new level!

This fitness tracker works really great for me. I love the continuous heart rate monitoring. The vibration you get along with caller id when receiving a phone call is a nice bonus feature. The display is easy to read, and the step tracker seems to be accurate. I also find the sleep tracker useful.

This really has helped me track my sleep and helped me adjust my sleep habits to maximize a good night's rest. I also really like that it "gives" me extra calories depending on my activity level for the day! It works well with my online food journal and my online health insurance goal setter! Love it!

I have a fitbit flex and I love it so I bought the charge HR for my boyfriend who I knew would be more active. I love that it has caller id and you can see your steps on the band. I gave it 4 stars because after one day the band broke and we had to return it for another one.

I really like this tracker. It works really well and is really comfy to wear. The only 2 complaints I have is there's no way to see where your battery life is at without a your smartphone app or computer. And the battery definitely does not last 5 days, maybe 3 at most.

I bought this to challenge family to fitness challenges. Works great but I feel I'm always charging. Wish it could last longer. Seems pretty low tech to consume so much battery. To help, I keep the heart rate monitor off. However the band is much better than the Charge.

Thought all these trackers were expensive pedometers and just toys to get you to spend money. Pleasently surprised I was wrong. Very accurate for a mobile device. Surprisingly motivating to get walking; even got my wife walks more. I'm a rehab therapist and am very pleased with it. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the Fitbit. Although the heart beat readings are not exact they are close enough and provide an excellent over all reading of my daily exercise. All the other readings are very accurate and helpful. Provides a great incentive to continue my activities.

If you're wondering to get the small or the large size, get the large. Large should be called "regular" because the small is like children size. Anyways, the heart beat tracker is great on this thing. I love it and would recommend! Wish it wasn't so pricey though...

I was hesitant to purchase a FitBit wrist device because I wasn't sure that I would find it useful. Surprisingly, it has been awesome. I purchased the FitBit Charge HR, which offers several capabilities, but the ones that I find most helpful are: counts steps, monitors sleep, and monitors heart rate.

Good product for the price. My big issue is with the battery life. Fitbit over promises and under delivers. My older Fitbit, the One, had a much longer battery life. With better battery technology today and with the claims Fitbit makes I am just a bit disappointed.

I think this piece of equipment is useful and interesting as it tracks activity, which helps to motivate me. I am not used to having to recharge anything I own every 4 or 5 days, so I found that fact a little annoying. Overall, though, I am happy with the purchase.

A lot of functions but poor HR

This activity tracker has a lot of great functions which seem to work, but the Heart Rate Monitor was not very accurate at all. I checked it several times on both wrists placed at all the locations suggested in the manual and even tried it rotated under my arm so there would be less hair, but it never gave consistent reliable results. In less than a minute separation while walking it gave readings from 87-137. I even took it to my cardiac rehabilitation session at the hospital and checked it against their equipment. It seldom gave a reading that was in the ballpark as far as Heart Rate, which was my primary concern. The other information was neat to have but I never checked any of it for accuracy except the watch and timer which both seem very accurate. The information it provided to my smart phone was well displayed except for the graphs which had such large (12 Hr) intervals that it was not of much use. I also found the constant requirement to hit it or a button to see information while using it aggravating after a while. I had a Mio prior to this for 10 years (sadly it died) and now have a new Mio Alpha 2 on order. They don't have all the bells of the Fitbit Charge HR, but they do give accurate heart rate information and some of the other information provided by the Fitbit Charge HR. What good is information if it is not accurate.

I've always liked fitbit but this charge HR is the best thing yet. You can get your self motivated by challenging yourself or against others. Now that it has a heart rate monitor on it you get even more of an accurate calorie burn. It has some great features and I have recommended to friends and family.

Very pleased with the fitbit HR and it's features. I would prefer it to be waterproof so that it will track my distance and heartrate while swimming. However, I did know this limitation prior to purchase. I am very pleased with all the other features of the fitbit.
