Love this activity tracker. Battery life is about 4-5 days, but charges in 1 hr. keeps track of time, steps, sleep, flights of stairs, calories burned, and incoming calls. Phone synching isn't perfect, but works well. They email you weekly progress and even email you when your battery is running low.

I'm loving my Fitbit and all it offers. I firmly believe that knowledge is power and the Fitbit and its app give me the knowledge I need to make better choices. My only negative on it is that the battery doesn't last the 5 days they said it would. Mine lasts +/- 3 days.

I would highly recommend this product to shoppers looking to monitor their health. This product accurately monitors my heat rate as compared to manually monitoring my heart rate. The battery life lasts a good two days worth constant wear.

Breaking down the elements of activity that contribute to overall health is an effective way of understanding each day how well, or not, one is doing while working towards a goal. This band does that. Simple and easy to use, durable, and consistent...it gives me what helps me most. Very effective.

I enjoy my fit bit charge hr a lot I like the caller I D feature on it I like how I can share my data with my friends who have fit bits via the fit bit ap My 85 year young dad has the same one and he loves his as well It helps motivate/ challenge himself to walk more

Very acurate with the info it gets which passes info to my handheld Samsong automatically The only thing that I have noted is the battery life. If you continually wear the unit the battery life is approximate 2 and 1/2 Days/nights, not 5 days per the manufacturer.

This is great for tracking activity during the day. The steps are close as long as you are actually walking or running. If you are riding a lawn tractor or a four wheeler, it will register as steps as well as stairs. Calorie burn isn't too accurate. Overall I like it.

I work as a paramedic. 24 hour shifts. I wouldn't always want to go exercise every night. But the Fitbit motivates me. There are different types of challenges that you can do with friends. You can see your progress. I would recommend the Fitbit to anyone that wants to change their lifestyles.

Got me active. Confirmed sleep habit. Claimed that fully charged the device under "normal" use lasts up to 5 days, but so far lasts only 2 - 3 days. My normal use is to occasionally check time. It lights up often and vibrates when I reached goals. Takes approx. 2 - 3 hours to be fully charged.

Had to exchange the first one that I got because it would not charge properly and when it finally did, I wasn't able to sync it to any phone (I tried 3 different ones and nothing). Second item received was completely different; this one charged immediately and the sync only took a minute or two. It's great for tracking steps, heart rate and calories. The functions are quite useful if you're into the whole fitness thing. The watch and stop watch functionality make it a practical item. If only it were waterproof....

Purchased My Fitbit a few months ago, great product, I had a Garmian very difficult to use. The Fitbit is easy to set up and easy to track your activity. Wish it was water proof. Thank you Kyle for helping me choose the right product and answering all my questions.

This is third Fitbit I have owned in about 12 mos. The other two had the same issue after 4-5 months of use. The band puckered and had an air bubble. I give it 4 stars because Best Buy always honors its warranty and have gotten me a new one after each incident.

The first one we purchased did not hold a charge for more than 2 days so we took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it. Customer service was fantastic and we selected a different color of the same model. it holds a charge for 5 days as stated in the instructions.

Its amazing how much info you can gather about your health from just wearing a device very similar to wearing a watch. Really makes you more aware of how much you do or do not move during the day & even shows you how well you are sleeping. I am very amazed with this device, works great for me.

I have owned 3 other fitbits and this is the best yet! My favorite new feature is the silent alarm. You can set them up to go off daily or only once and have multiple times set up and love that it doesn't wake up your partner! The heart rate feature is great, too! You will love this new fitbit!!

The Fitbit Charge HR is great as a watch, step tracker, & HR monitor. So far the battery has been fine for me. However, I wish it were water proof. Also, I sometimes have trouble uploading data to the Fitbit app. Otherwise product does what it's supposed to do!

This watch is perfect! It's so comfortable that you can wear it all the time with no problem. It tracks everything for you, steps, heart rate & sleep. Overall money well spent!!!!!

I have tried other step devices in the past and can say the Fitbit is a winner. Love seeing my heart rate with this Fitbit. Steps you actually take are way more accurate then those devices in the past. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased for my wife after I got mine. We are very competitive so this is great for motivating us to get up and move to beat the other on total steps for the week. My only issue, Battery life is 3-4 days at the most, regardless of use. Not the 5 days they claim.

Love my Fit Bit...makes me more aware of my daily activity, and my eating patterns. And, it is interesting to see how I sleep. I abandoned my watches a few years, maybe even a decade, ago, but this is an interesting phenomenon that I would wear it, daily, without issue, and feel NAKED without it.
