The Charge HR is a great activity tracker. I enjoy the Fitbit app. Very detailed and pretty accurate. The only down side of the HR is that the battery does not last as long as the Charge or the Flex.

Not a bad fitness tracker to have. I wish it would have options for treadmill and stationary bike but it doesn't at this time. I love seeing how my heart rate is fracked on the app as in the zones.

I like this product. It works great with my I-phone. The only thing that does not seem to be that accurate is the stairs climbed-not a big issue for me.seems accurate with the steps. Luv knowing when I'm getting a phone call

I bought this as a Christmas present for my mother and she LOVES it! She says it's the best present she's ever gotten! She sends me screenshots of all her accomplishments! Great gift!! I should probably get one for myself!!

this is a great fitness tracker, it records all things well and battery lasts a reasonable amount of days before recharge time. only drawback is it is not waterproof. otherwise tip top tracker love it!

Helps keep me engaged in a fitness routine. The sleep information is amazing The heart rate monitor gives me a good idea of my overall fitness and if I need to push myself harder. Overall a great product glad I could buy it.

The only thing that has been annoying is that it takes a long time to sync up to my iPhone 5S. I would love to get that info on my phone but I don't bother most of the time because it takes so long.

I bought 2 while on vacation. I kept one and gave my daughter the other one. Both of us have put them through extensive walking. My Charge HR read my heart rate and I compared it to the ER reading while in the hospital, it was off by 1-2 bpm. I have contacted the company and they were very supportive in all my questions. I bought the extended warranty from Best Buy, they replaced both of them due to my daughter's band broke and mine needed a charge every 2 day instead of the 5 days Fitbit set for my HR.

I am truly glad I got the fitbit with HR and activity tracker. Makes trying to get fit and stay fit a bit more interesting. Easily keeps track of how busy I am. And sleep information is a great asset. Glad I final ygot one.

Works well, love the conectivity to my phone. Specially when it vibrates and gives the caller id. Wish would do the same with messages. Work well counting steps and the heart monitor is a great feature

I exchanged this fitbit for a fitbit surge thinking it was better and i was wrong. Well at least on the Charge HR, it would accurately count when i go up my stairs etc. Missing that about my Charge HR.

Overall I like my fitbit. Unfortunately the batteries are not lasting very long. Once, the device dies completely after a recharge it is often confused on the day and time. It is irritating. The second issue is that often my steps are not measured while I'm pushing a shopping cart. I think it maybe due to a low heart rate. The device will measure my steps when I am fast walking or mowing. I will still recommend getting a fitbit, but be aware of the shortcomings.

My fit bit has been great! It motivates me to reach my step goal. It has only hiccuped a couple of times, not showing my heart rate a few times, and losing 10,000 steps once. Otherwise it's great!

I love my Fitbit Charger. It allows me to enter into challenges with friends and coworkers. I am able to view the number of steps that they are getting daily, which pushes me to increase my activity.

This was a purchase for my wife. She loves the color. The plum is much more high fashion than the black. As far as I can tell it's pretty accurate and a good gauge of daily activity. It's a lot of fun to challenge each other.

Bought if for my wife. She loves it. Tells you how many hours your asleep, restless, calories burned, steps taken. Good product works as advertised.

My wife wanted a tracker to replace one lost - a Garmin. I chose this one for her because of the features and the band, which has an actual buckle. The one she lost has the same type clasp as the low end fitbit, with kind of a metal button clasp, and I'm pretty sure it just unclasped one day and fell off her wrist, lost and gone forever. Several reviews have noted this tendency of this type of clasp. The Charge HR's clasp is like the clasp on a letter banded watch, and much more secure I also got a Surge for Christmas, one that didn't work right out of the box. It has been sent back for refund, and I'll replace it with this lower cost Charge HR, as it seems to do all the things I want to track, without the potential failures apparently pretty common with the Surge.

I love the device. It does everything well. I wish it was waterproof and able to recognize more sports such as snowboarding, etc. Otherwise, everything it does is great and I like the Caller ID and Silent Alarm features...

The Fitbit is like having your personal trainer trying to help reach your personal daily goals, even tells you how your sleep pattern was. Easy to use wish it was a bit more water resilient but for the money no complaints.

I bought this for my wife as an anniversary gift and she uses it all the time. She's now hinting for the Scale that goes with it. We also recently bought her mom one and she loves it as well. Seems to be pretty accurate so far.
