Got the fitbit HR after having just the pedometer one. Love it, holds up with sweaty workouts. get the app with it, keeps track well. Wish it was water proof only real down fall.

Have been using for one month and has given me a baseline on my regular routine. It is motivating me that I need and have been more active. I have now started new exercise program. Excellent product.

Love the features on the wrist as phone is not always available. The band is a lot more user friendly, the previous fitbit band was really hard to connect

This device is great to get you motivated to be fit. Our company also has a health website in which we get points for completed daily goals for fitness. Highly recommend this device

I have been using my Charge HR for about 3 months now, and have really enjoyed it. While it is true that the data it provides is not always accurate (especially the flights counter -- some days it will tell me I have climbed 40 flights of stairs when in reality it is more like 4), it is close enough to give you a lot of good insight into your caloric outflow, which combined with My Fitness Pal, gives a great picture of your net activity for the day. Build quality is good. Also, some of the extras, like the silent alarm, may have been worth the cost of admission alone.

I think for the money, its a good device. I'm not sold on how accurate it is, (at times it credits you with stairs when it shouldn't), but its a good motivator to stay active.

The product is very good in performing to spec. It does have some syncing problems, but minor. The only real complaint is the band. It could use some human factors improvement.

I bought this because my wife already had one and she wanted someone to do the challenges with. I have noticed that since I bought it, I try to be more active and it is interesting seeing the results of my day. Weight have been coming off slow but it has been coming off without me doing anything radical or crazy with my diet. Just got more active because of this, it makes you more aware of how much you should move.

I've had this item for over a month. It's been wonderful. It keeps a pretty accurate log of my steps. I love the exercise feature. It does irritate my wrist if I wear it 24 hours so I take it off at night.

Fitbit charge hr is a great product. Two small complaints: - battery runs out too soon after "low battery" warning starts popping up - sleep tracking could be more accurate

Prior to the FITBIT HR, I had a basic Fitbit. Overall, I am satisfied with the performance of this product. My only con: Battery life decreased requiring more frequent charging.

Worked great for first two days, then it drained the battery. I turned off call notifications, all day sync & all day heart rate, still only getting about 2 days on full charge. Contacted Fitbit Support, was told to return to store. Store said no returns after 15 days. One more round with Fitbit Support & they're sending a replacement. Waiting on replacement & now it's freezing up (walked 20 minutes & only registered 14 steps.) Hopefully the replacement will work properly. Would give 5 stars if it worked right.

This is a great fitness tracker! It has a very user friendly app that lets you see your data. The only knock on the product is that it's not waterproof. Other than that it's a solid fitness tracker.

Purchased this as a gift for my dad. He is not the most tech savvy but was able to get logged on and all the gadgets working. He seems to like it and he wears it all the time. So it made a great gift.

HAD A MICROSOFT BAND FOR ONE DAY! Bulky, highly scratch able, charge lasted just over a day. The Fitbit Charge HR I find easier to wear. Charge last 3-4 days. Info is useful for what I want to monitor.

My husband gave me this Fitbit Charge and I love it. It keeps me on track and I like that. I have a desk job that doesn't alllow me to get up and move around a lot, this tells me what I need to do.

The Fitbit Surge HR is a useful devise for someone trying to get fit. The Heart Rate monitor helps you get in the peak zones and the tracker is a lot easier then all the workout apps to track your day.

I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase although I should have bought the small size rather than the large. It's ok though. I can't say it's 100% accurate on things, like how many times I go up and down stairs or actual steps. You can add steps by standing still and swinging your arms. The sleep time isn't really accurate. I know it gives me more time than I actually get. It works better if I sync it every time I wake up during the night. All in all, it does make me more aware of my activity during the day so that's a plus. Not sure if I'd buy again. Time will tell. I only got it right before Christmas. My present to myself.
