I bought the Fitbit as a gift for my husband. A big plus was the Geek Squad setting it up to work with his phone. He uses it to keep track of his heart rate and sleep patterns. He can’t run or exercise so I don’t know how well that works. We have four steps that he does go up and it doesn’t register that he walked up steps. Maybe four steps aren’t enough?? Otherwise, it works great.

I love my Fitbit charge hr. My activity, sleep time, nutritional, heart rate, etc. are now fun to keep track of. l have lost weight just being more aware of my daily activity level. Thank you Fitbit for an amazing tool. PS. It would have been nice to have a mini-USB charger instead of the special one. I lost my charger the first week.....and have had to borrow to charge my Fitbit.

A new year's resolution was to get more active, this FitBit provides me with a lot of information that I find very interesting to track, especially my sleep. I find it to be very accurate on steps and how much I sleep. I don't think it always knows how many flights I climb, but that is it's only downside. The app on my phone sends me a weekly report of my activity. I LOVE IT!!! =D

This was a gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Since she has put it on her wrist, she tends to be more motivated to workout or just keep moving. She loves the fact that she can track her heart rate and total steps/miles she has walked. She said the fit is comfortable. She would recommend this Fitbit to anyone who is looking for a device that can track everyday activities.

I love my fit bit it does everything I want to keep track of. Keeps me engaged with friends, it's easy to use and is fun! Once I figured out how to set it all up it's been great. I've added friends and challenged friends. I use all the time to see how far I've gone and try to hit my goal each day. This is excellent for those who are just now starting to get fit, it gives you motivation!

I'm a very goal oriented person and the Fitbit Charge - HR is perfect for me. It monitors my sleep. I am tracking my food and water intake. My heart rate and and steps also. Wearing it while riding my motorcycle causes some erroneous readings but that's not a problem for me. I have diabetes and need to get my exercise and carefully monitor food intake. It has helped me tremendously.

This was my husband's father's day gift. Even though he's not tech savvy, he's loving this. We have it uploaded to our home computer instead of a smart phone. He loves seeing his progress & challenging himself to reach new goals, earn more badges. Definitely recommend the HR that fits like a watch rather than the others with the 'snap' style. This is sturdy & stays on with no problems.

I returned my original Fitbit because it was falling apart. I was able to upgrade to the Fitbit HR. I like the clasp that is like a watch instead of just clipping together.i like the heart rate feature, although the battery drains faster on this upgrade. My Fitbit keeps me moving! Staff at best buy were great on the return of original product.

I have looked for a tracker for a long time, but in the past, they only track steps. I cycle so that is not worthwhile. This Fitbit Charge HR allows me to track specific workouts (through a timer), monitor sleep, heartrate and steps. It tells the calorie burn (which I think is a bit low) and the online dashboard is great. I really love it and think that it is actually a motivational tool.

I love my new Fitbit! It is easy to set up, comfortable to wear, and provides accurate information. I always had a hunch about my sleeping habits, nutrition, and activity levels, but now I have hard data to back it up! This tool really helps you learn a lot about yourself. I recommend it to everyone.

I bought this piece of tech to really see if it could help me to keep track of my workouts and everything else. I was amazed that it DID do ALL it was to do and I learned that it could do more than I thought. If you want to track your sleep, steps, runs, activities, then this is the one you need. It syncs to your computer, and the app called Lose It, and this helps very much.

Sure we all know that we should take the stairs more and park at the back of the lot to get a few more steps in. The daily challenges with my friends, and wanting to beat them, make me remember just that. I love seeing my sleep patterns, heart rate, and that feeling when it buzz's on my arm when I hit my step goal for the day. Great battery life and has worked better than expected!

I picked this up for my wife for Christmas. She loved using her iPhone to count her steps before this. But now she can check her heart rate, and the time without needing to cart her phone around at work. She says she likes it, and she is not a gadget geek like me, so to me, that's saying something.

I had a flex for over a year and really liked it. I wanted additional monitoring of heart rate, so I looked at several options and stuck with Fitbit with an upgrade to the Charge HR. I am really happy with it, and surprisingly not so much for the HR feature that I wanted in the first place. It is not the greatest for monitoring HR during exercise, but provides a daily resting average. The best features are: There is a display so you can check progress during the day without having to open the app on your phone. Also displays the time. You don't have to tell it when you go to sleep and get up (which I did not like about flex). I can continue to keep up with my friends, who are linked into my account. It links up with my fitness pal. It does need to be charged more often than flex but that is understandable. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

I have had several different fitness trackers and this one is the best so far. It is small and light weight and it is comfortable to sleep with for sleep tracking. Great app and love how you can connect with friends and do challenges to keep you motivated and moving. Cool feature is seeing in-coming calls on the screen. Worth the investment.

Whether at home of office the Charge HR is a great companion ! Great for tracking and software easy to use and really like the Fitbit dashboard to see all your stats ... Especially like the sleep and heart rate monitor ... Wish devise had move,met reminders like some of competition ... Looks like that feature in works for future Fitbits

Got this as a gift from my wife. The first one I had did not work properly. I did the trouble shooting through Fitbit but was unsuccessful. Best Buy replaced it with no issues and the one I have works well. The band does get a little loose during workouts, but that is to be expected when you're sweating. Overall pleased with the product.

Sleep/step/heartbeat monitors all work well, and seem to be fairly accurate.
