Very flexible on how you use it. A lot of features whether just keeping track of steps, heart rate or an easy way to keep track of calories. Website dashboard displays all at a glance. Smartphone app makes it easy to keep connected. Weekly emails keep you on course.

Very easy to use and display color matches. The battery life is only 3 days max and manual say about 5. If you use the display I guess 3 days is all you get. Very easy to use and setup.

I love my new Fitbit. The Charge HR is my first Fitbit product and I am in love. I wear the watch everyday and usually charge it while in the shower to avoid a dead battery or missing data. The functionality of the Fitbit app pairs nicely with the goals that come along with the motivation to purchase a Fitbit. Cons: - The screen scratches very easily, but this doesn't affect the display. - Heart rate tracker can be inaccurate during exercise. - Can't interchange the band color.

I had the original Fitbit Force and upgraded to the Fitbit Charge HR. I like the heart rate feature and it stays on during workouts. My Fitbit Force would always fall off and I almost lost it a couple of times. The Charge goes on like a watch band.

This works well. I haven't worn a wristwatch in a long time, but quickly got used to this on my wrist. Activity tracking is very good, and it works better than trying to use a cell phone app by itself to track things. I wanted the heart rate monitoring. It looks good on my wrist. I haven't used this for sleep tracking - I tried to sleep with it on one night, but decided it wasn't for me. I move around in my sleep, and something that requires a charging cable just doesn't work. The only negative things are the short length of the charging cable, and that it doesn't use batteries. For someone who doesn't move in their sleep, this may work okay for that purpose. The short charging cable means you need to be cognizant of where outlets are so that you don't have the unit dangling from the charging cord. I like to keep it on a flat surface.

I purchased my FitBit to help me track my steps. I purchased the HR version so that I could monitor when my heart rate is at a maximum for weight loss. I found that the daily, weekend, and work week challenges with family and friends who also have a FitBit keeps me motivated.

Had been waiting for a Fitbit that would have the heart rate monitor included...and glad the I waited. Very easy to use and monitor my daily activities. Onlly thing that I wish they would improve on is the length of the charging cord as it is a little challenging to charge.

My Fitbit Charge HR is wonderful! Best Buy made it so easy! I bought online and had it shipped to the store. I walked right up, they checked my ID and card in which it was purchased and I was on my way in less than 10 mins. Great experience and service! What a great product!

I like the accessibility of the heart rate. You just look down and there it is. It's a lot easier to use than other heart rate monitors I've used. It is very streamlined and it interfaces with your iPhone. Which allows you to keep metrics.

The fitbit does what it says it does. With no manual included in the purchase, it is really difficult to figure out how to use it properly. It records the flights of stairs I walk correctly. The biggest issue I have is that I talk with my hands. Every time I move my hands, it records a "step." The sleep tracking featue is great, but it misses my naps even if they are 3 hours. I wonder how many "steps" I've completed sitting in my chair at the ocmputer typing this review. I've accidentally worn it into the shower 3 times (and took it off right away to dry out), and it's still functioning great. It pairs with both Runtastic and AARP rewards for life. It will definitely get me more on track for a fitness program. Now if it could only have been sold with some sort of deal with the Jabra Sport Coach headphones. . . .

Gave this to my son for Christmas. He wasn't too thrilled at first (he is 20 years old). However, he is actually very interested in the information on his sleep and heart rate this device gives him! Hopefully it will help him keep up a healthy lifestyle in college.

I had a Nike Fuel Band and it broke. I had heard of the fit bit and decided to go with the charge HR. I love it as it tracks my heart rate but best of all my sleep. My husband will get one when his Nike quits working. It's also great as it interfaces with my iPhone.

this fitbit model is easy to use and sync and the app allows for a full diet and exercise regimen if you are motivated to do it. only thing I might change is to waterproof it. you have to take it off to shower and protect the charge port

I bought this one for my 12 yr old daughter. I already own one and I love it. You really don't realize how inactive you are till you have one. The Fitbit Charge helps me to keep track of my movement, my sleep, calories burned and knowing this makes me want to move more! I love that I can monitor my heart rate as well. I find that my daughter looks for things to do and places to walk just so she can reach her 10,000 steps. We love the medals we receive and it makes us want to earn more! My niece was so interested in ours that she ended up buying one also! It's a great fitness motivator!!

I've actually been using it to help me on a diet, and have lost about 15lbs in 2 months. Mostly by setting up a food/calorie plan and using it to know what my typical daily calorie burn is, and keep track of how much I'm consuming. Sleeping with it on isn't as awkward as I thought it would be. My wife and I bought one at the same time, and have been using them all the time. Overall the experience has been great. I dinged it by a star a only for a couple minor reasons - while it works with many fitness/health apps, it doesn't connect to our phone's (samsung S6) native step counter/health app.. which would be nice, so it could adjust itself... as my wife and I can be 3000 steps different when we spent the day together because maybe one of us is holding our kids hand with the same arm that has the fitbit.

Bought this after using the wiiU Fit tracker. Like the app as it allows you to track on your phone or laptops. Also picked up one for my wife. The app will allow you to track each other for a bit of competition too. Like that it tracks your sleep time and heart rate.

The multiple features of this tracker make it a usable tool. Being able to see time, steps and heart rate are important to me but seeing what my sleep patterns are is helping me to improve my daily routine to get a better nights sleep.
