    Minimalistic and Convenient

Love my Fitbit Charge so far. Upgraded from a Flex because I wanted to read the time as well rather than pulling out my iPhone all the time. Love the Alarm feature. The heartbeat monitor seems a little off. The Charge reads 125 while the treadmills at the gym read 150 (my heart is racing!!!). I tend to believe the treadmill's reading since 150 is in the higher range for my age and matched how I felt (out of breath). Anyway, it's a fun way to keep you motivated and off your sedentary butt!

    Worth the Wait

I waited several months for the Charge HR and was skeptical that there were some other products that might be better. It was worth the wait. The heart monitor is usually within two or three beats per minute of the monitors on equipment at the gym and manual readings that I take on the radial or carotid arteries. Often the readings are exact. The reason that I gave it four stars is that the stair feature is inaccurate to almost non functional. I must have climbed 200 stairs one day and it recorded two stairs. It also does not record steps if you are pushing a shopping cart. The steps pretty much are the same as my wife's Garmin Vivofit when we walk together with no more than three to five percent difference on a two mile plus walk.

I had been using Fitbit Flex for about a year and half then I upgraded to Fitbit Charge HR. It has better stats the heart rate I think is ok for me as not worried about accurate. Auto Sleep and exercise Tracking features are really worth having. Interchangeable bands would be a great add on for next version. Pros: Better Stats, Auto Sleep and Exercise tracking worth upgrade. Cons: - Battery feels little less when you upgrade from Flex. 3 or 3 and half days.

I have been using many fitbit products over the year and this is no different. The fitness band works great and tracks accurately. I am surprised how well it tracks my sleep! Great built quality and stylish.

Have been wanting one for a while, my wife got me the Surge for Christmas. I liked it, but it was a little too overwhelming for me, and became a focal point. I took it back to exchange for a Charge HR (Best Buy was great on the exchange!). I love it - it provides all the functions I need as most of my exercising is indoors. If you run outside, the Surge might be a better option for you. The Charge HR is a little smaller and is not overwhelming, so I can wear opposite my watch without looking like a rap star. Had to calibrate the stride length to get an accurate tracking of my miles, but was easy to do and now it is very accurate. The dashboard is great for reviewing my workouts and sleep. Being able to connect with and challenge friends is a great feature as well. Highly recommend!

Good at tracking heart rate, steps, calories, and sleep, the Fitbit hasn't let me down and I don't expect it to. Great product. Though, I would recommend the warranty from Best Buy just in case. You never know with wrist-worn items.

Keeps me on track of my fitness goals easily! Easy to use app. Love that it tracks my sleep Disadvantages: not water proof, and battery life does not last 5 days. Maybe 1.5 days. I just use my shower time to charge my battery!

I already had a Charge HR & got this as a gift. BB had a great sale and shipped quickly. This is an excellent tracker but runs through the battery quickly if you use the heart rate function as well as notifications, alarms, etc.

One of my friends had this fitbit. She told me all about it. I decided I needed one to monitor my heart, track my sleep and steps. A few surprises....I don't burn the calories like I thought and I don't sleep as long as I thought.

I like the Fitbit HR because it will keep up with steps and stairs climbed, and it also tracks your heart rate. The other thing that is great is it has a band that buckles like a watch so it won't come loose and fall off of your arm.

I really love this Fitbit. It keeps me focused on moving and at the end the day make sure I hit my step goal. Let's you know when your heart rate reaches cardio burn and a great way to compete with friends if you use the app.

I've had my Fitbit HR for about a month now and I love it. I just charge it while I'm in the shower and the battery stays charged well. A few of my friends also have fitbits and you can challenge friends for who can get the most steps in a certain timeframe. At first, I felt like the band was a bit bulky (I'm 5'6", woman) but you get used to it quickly as if wearing a watch. I don't really notice it anymore, even sleep with it on. I recently had to go to the doctor and it was nice to have data at hand to answer some of his questions about sleep patterns and resting heart rate. The app and website are very user friendly and I've synced my fitbit to My Fitness Pal (food and exercise tracking app) so it automatically adds food calories if I've exercised hard. Overall, great fitness and sleep tracker.

I really like the fitbit charge. It seems to do a great job of tracking my activities. To me it would be the perfect tracker if it was waterproof and had a reminder if I have been stationary too long.
