Great product, light, easy, fun, love that it shows who's calling. When my phone is on silent, it vibrates to alert me. Just wish it was waterproof!

fitbit charge HR is very accurate and is very easy to use unlike some of the other fitness trackers that are a lot of manual intervention. This is all automatic and love everything about it and also the weekly reports.

Works for a week or two, then Doesn't

We have actually purchased and returned 5 Fitbit ChargeHR's. We started out getting 2 black ones, then this plum one. The plum one was bad out of the box. It wouldn't charge or come on even when being plugged in overnight. So we returned it for another plum one. It worked for about a week, then it stopped keeping a charge. We would charge it overnight so it would be full, then after lunch that day it would no longer come on (not in work out mode. It should last 5 days). Also had issues where it would stop counting steps, which is its main function. My wife researched it on the Fitbit website forums, and it appears that everyone is having these kind of issues with the ChargeHR. I guess the issue didn't exist with the regular charges or the flex, though I didn't have one of those. With all of that said and the returned ChargeHR's, we actually bumped up the Fitbit Surge, and it works so far like a charm. We love the Fitbit Surge. If you want the heart rate monitor for a device that works, I would recommend spending the extra hundred dollars and getting the surge. You will not be disappointed, and you won't have full with returning the ChargeHR when is stops working. If you don't need the heart rate monitor, go with the regular Charge or Flex since it doesn't seem those have the issue that the ChargeHR's do.

I fave the fitbit Flex, Charge, and the Charge HR. The HR tracks my heart beat during exercise which helps mean get the most output of my workouts. I also love that it buckless to keep it secure.

The Fitbit Charge HR has exceeded my expectations. It's such an accurate, convenient way to measure physical activity from day to day. It definitely keeps you honest about how much you're actually up and moving each day. The Charge HR is really nice for workouts too. The continuous heart rate monitoring provides an excellent summary of the nature of exercise (Fat Burn vs. Cardio vs. Peak) as well as just a basic output of the number of "Active Minutes" per day. One other really nice feature is the Sleep Analysis (assuming you wear the Fitbit to bed). It's really nice to be able to look back over the past 5 days, week, etc. to see, on average, how much sleep you're actually getting.

This fitness tracker is far superior to the old FitBit I used to have. It has a heart rate monitor (which shortens battery life, but worth it) and a watch-style band in the back. No more fidgeting with those darn snap bands

I had the first fit bit and this is a big improvement. It keeps a good sleep record and step count. I have read that its heart rate monitor was not that accurate but have not found that to be true.

Although the Fitbit Charge HR is lacking in the sleep-tracking department, it makes up for it when it comes to heart rate and steps. There have been times when I was up in the middle of the night and it would show in the morning that I had slept. I tracked my heart rate during exercise simultaneously with this and my Polar FT4 and they were pretty close. For a wrist monitor I thought it was pretty accurate! And it was nice not to have to wear the chest strap! I gave it 4/5 stars because of the sleep tracking issues but the app on my phone was easy to use and overall it does what it says it's going to do. The display is great and I LOVE the alarm feature. It is a very good value for the money!

This tracker has been very eye opening to indicate the lack of sleep and daily activity this desk worker gets everyday. It has made me rethink my daily routine to increase my daily steps as well as adjust the time I head to bed each night. While I know a lot of trackers can also do this, I chose the HR Charge for the watch like feel (so lite you forget you have it on) and knowing it was compatible with Virgin Pulse which allows me to earn money through a work program for my activity. The only negative feedback I really have is that the battery does not last as long as I would like. I feel this is a small negative, so overall I have really been enjoying my Fitbit HR Charge.

Love the Fitbit HR, it keeps track of all my workouts, tracks my sleep habits, and tells me my heart rate. I also use it to challenge friends and keep track of their physical activity as well. Tells time and looks great.

Picked this up for my wife. She has been wanting to upgrade her Fitbit for awhile and she is very happy with it. It connects to her iPhone and notifies her of calls and text. Counts steps and flights of stairs climbed.

I revised this product online before purchasing. I also made sure to purchase the replacement plan which is WORTH it as I have already had to use it because it did stop working after 2 months. To be fair though I'm pretty sure it was drowned by my wife. I am very hard on my own, very active, lots of sweat, rain, been hit my hardware and construction material and I have not had a problem with it. I charge it nightly while I am in the shower to refresh the battery. This item has helped me to stay on top of my game by having a daily step goal. I have used it since the start of September and I have already lost 7lbs with its help. I stopped drinking cafinated drinks but otherwise my diet is the same I am trying to be more active and it is working.
