I thought I was going to be IN LOVE this with FITBIT. I upgraded from my old fitbit, and I just KNEW this was the perfect choice for me. However, this does NOT hold a charge because I receive too many phone calls. I know that you can turn that feature off, but I don't want to have to go back in and navigate every single time. love that feature, of having everything on my wrist, but I get too many calls. Other than that - this is a great product and I would recommend this to anyone that was in search of a fitbit.

Does what it is supposed to. Accurate heart rate monitor, steps, and sleep tracking. Really love how it shows your restless and awake times during sleep.

I use it to track my steps and keep court of my in out calories. It's nice to see my heart rate with the time and see how's calling.

Easy to use. Seems to be pretty accurate. Love the fitbit dashboard interface on computer. The iOS app is not as good as it could be.

The Fitbit charge is awesome. Just what I need to keep track of my daily steps, it also is a motivator when I haven't moved as much.

Bought this to replace recalled fitbit band. The heart rate function is an added bonus. Battery lasts about 5 days, and the auto sleep is very convenient.

Very happy with the FitBit Charge HR. It has motivated me to keep working out by knowing how many calories I am burning while doing so and keeping accurate step counts daily. The device is comfortable enough. The battery life is shorter then advertised and I usually get about 3 days before a charge (this also depends on if you always keep it connected by Bluetooth or not to your phone).. I wish the screen was a little more durable as this is an "activity" device. The plastic screen had scratches on it within weeks.

Fitbit works accurately as tracker. I have the Fitbit rash which lots of people complain about. Caused by sweat trapped under band.

I really love the fitbit HR. I have not used all of the features yet, but I am happy with it. I would have given 5 stars, but the unit locks up. It has happened 2 times within a month. It has inacuracy on climbing stairs too. It seems to be pretty accurate on step counting, so I am very happy with that. I would like to give fitbit a pat on the back for support. I wrote to them with a problem, and in one day, received a very detailed explanation about how the fitbit works in that situation. So, support gets 5 stars.

This fitbit was easy to set up and has been great to use. I love being able to see my heart rate on my runs and the app and website interface work well.

I've had a lot of fun with this so far. I love that you can challenge friends, it emails you a weekly summary, and keeps me motivated. I like how it can tell when I fall asleep without me having to push something to let it know I went to bed. I like how it gives me how restless I was during the night. It's pretty accurate steps wise, I just wish there was a way it could monitor my steps while pushing the lawnmower or shopping cart. If you want it to count while doing this you need to push one handed. But that being the only downfall, I think it's a great purchase!

i find i have to charge it more often otherwise i like it especally the heart rate function

Fits my arm, easy to use and link with my iPhone, provides the right amount of function for the price point. Easy recharge, and after all that, fun!

I started out with the Flex which I used for about 2 years then recently upgraded to the Charge HR. It is just like wearing a watch. It tracks well, and monitors HR 100% of the time so you can constantly check. I love the phone call notification system. This unit also seems to charge easier than my flex did. Also, my favorite color is purple so I am pleased with the color option.

Great for keeping track of daily steps. HR monitor is pretty accurate for the most part. The social aspect of the challenges keeps you motivated also.

Lightweight and stylish. It's great to see how many steps I take during the day. I also like that it tracks my sleep patterns.

I like that you can track sleep, heart rate, and calorie intake. The competitive nature of some of the group challenges motivates me to do better!

I was interested in a compact continuous heart rate monitor and this certainly is it. Smaller than the Surge it none the less has most of the major functions in a small package. It even has a watch that turns on with a simple rotation of the wrist. There is limited but functional customization options (mine is set to show heart rate with a double tap). I've retired the watch and wear this full time instead. It is interesting how accurate the sleep function is. Battery life is 5 days as advertised and the dashboard is very functional across all of my devices.

Accurately tracks steps, miles, stairs climbed, and heart rate. Needs a charge every 3 to 4 days. No problems after one month.
