Best Purchase I have made in a long time

I have had this product for about a month and by logging my food and monitoring my other statistics, I have been able to lose 10 lbs in a little over a month. The only negative I can state is that when I started recording statistics there was a category of Glucose and I was recording my readings twice a day. Then without warning that feature was removed and I was only able to recover the readings but not the time of day the readings were taken. Over all, I find the Fitbit Charge HR to be beneficial to my health...

    Much better than the Flex

I upgraded from the Flex and like the added heart rate monitor (it is consistent in monitoring with my home wrist monitor), number of stairs climbed, as well as the ability to make custom settings for everything. However, just like any other step tracker worn on the wrist, it isn't very accurate...simply swinging your arm can be counted as a step. I would still recommend it and am overall happy with my purchase. No problems in the month that I have owned it.

I bought both the flex and the charge HR because I wanted to test them both out and see if the size of the charge HR was going to both me. I like the feature when I raise my arm that it turns on so I can see the time. I also like the caller ID feature. I ended up keeping the charge Hr and returning the flex. The only issue I have is that my wrists are fairly big and I wish the watch was a little larger. I bought the L because it was the biggest they have available in the stores. I wish I would have bought the XL.

It helps me get my exercise every day by letting me know how many steps I've taken during the day. I also like the heart rate monitor.

The FitBit is an awesome product. It accurately tracks steps as well as sleep and flights of stairs. Much more than just a pedometer.

The Fitbit Charge HR is a good device to measure your daily activities and workouts. It also can measure your sleep quality (or lack thereof). The battery has an excellent life though that is more a function of the minimalist LCD display. The Apple Watch does a lot more but also costs more so you have to decide what fits your needs. My only concern is several people I know who have Fitbits have had quality issues though they have been remedied by Fitbit.

This is my 3rd fitbit (flex, charge, and now charge HR). I have loved them all but this one has a few different, great features: being able to track activity right from the device by simply holding the button has allowed me to eliminate 3rd party apps for walking. And the sleep tracking has been a great help (no longer have to enter in sleep start/stop times). The best part is the band which now has a clasp to keep the device firmly on your wrist (lost my regular charge by it popping off in the airport).

This Fit bit is so much better than the 1st Generation Fit bit. My old Fit bit I had to charge it at least once a day sometimes twice a day. This Fit bit I only have to charge it once every three days. Very durable band on this Fit bit. on my old one the Band came off of the Fit bit itself and I could not wear it on my wrist anymore. Therefore, I had to put in my pocket or carry it on my hand. which made it difficult to track how many step I was actually walking everyday. Thus time for a new one. Awesome!!!!

I really like the heart rate monitor and seems to count steps as accurately as my fitbit one. Not pleased with the short battery life. product literature indicate that should last 5 days on single charge. Mine os only lasting about a day and a half. This is after I turned off the call notification. With the call notification the battery did not even last through the work day.

Overall i'm satisfied with the purchase and it's performance. The battery life is not as long as states. I get about 3ish days out of it. I had a Nike Fuel Band and it fell apart twice! So I do not recommend that product. The app with fitbit is good, able to connect with others and send challenges. Tracks sleep and steps. I question the accuracy of the caloric count. Overall I recommend. If you can find it on sale wait to then I don't think it is worth $150.

Logging calorie intake is easier than expected. The heart rate monitor is an option I wouldn't want to be without and I believe it results in a more accurate calorie expenditure count as my wife has a Fitbit without the heart rate monitor. The sleep monitor is useful but is not totally accurate. I have back issues and sleep has been an issue for me so this was one of my motivations for getting the Fitbit. It actually under reports real sleep time.

Present for my mother-in-law. It tracks all the stats, including heart rate, well but she's had to reset it and configure it several times and it's died several times even when just charged. It just seems to crash. Two people at work have these same HR models and have very similar complaints.
