I purchased this and the black version for my girlfriend and myself. I like the product and it functions well. I use it for step counting heart rate and sleep cycle. I do thing it is priced a little high even though I got it on sale. Only because my phone can do most of what it does. However I am satisfied with the comfort and my purchase.

My finace' bought this to keep better tabs on her health and her sleep habits, and this little marvel has delivered. It's pretty accurate as far as keeping step counts, and tracking time slept (as well as how long you slept, how often you tossed and turned, etc.). This product delivers on all of the high reviews it gets. Would recommend.

I had another fitbit but it didn't have a clasp. I lost it at the gym. The original fell off several times. I bought the hr for the clasp. I didn't need all the bells and whistles of the next higher model. The hr has my goals, tracks my weight, calories, water (which I need to pay attention to), sleep and time. The heart rate, I don't really use. Pay the extra for the clasp.

Inspires walking and fitness. Helpful to know heart rate. Easy to set goals.

i purchased this after my fitbit flex fell off my arm. I love that now it automatically syncs your workouts, however with all the new added features, I do find myself charging it almost everyday. I like that I'm able to participate in challenges. the fitbit flex worked well for me as I only wanted to track my steps and sleep however I love the 'watch like' band on this one.

My second Fitbit - lost the first one in Biloxi as the band did not hold securely. Upgraded to the HR, has a much better, watch-like closure, and I love the circle of friends/family who can keep me on track to my goal of 10,000 steps/day. Up at 5:45AM in this very hot Florida climate, but it IS doable.

Only drawback on product is that the rubber-like wrist band binds shirtsleeves and coats at the wrist. Making the band uncomfortable to wear. It is disappointing that the rubberized material is NOT waterproof but interfers with clothing. Otherwise form, fit and function is good; this Fitbit item is not compatible with neither iPhone 4s nor iPad2.

I have had for 1 month and really love the information. The dashboard and weekly updates It is a great motivator. Although they state the battery is good for 5 days depending on the number of times you check your stats I find that I am having to charge about every 3 days or so. Not a big inconvenience but wish the battery lasted alittle longer.

Love almost everything on the watch. Mainly purchased this item because of the HR function. But all in all the other function are also reliable as well. Only two things in which would be a con for me;(1) the step counter can be inaccurate at times from jerky hand movements,(2) thought the face could be a little more scratch resistant.

The fitbit charge HR is an excellent tracker, and the app is very easy to use. The band is comfortable, although it takes some getting used to in order to smoothly put on a take off because of the strap end holder. The only features missing is the ability to get notifications from text messages and to have it automatically remind you to move around after periods of inactivity.

I bought my husband one after I had mine for about a week. He said he needed one to keep motivated. It certainly does the job quite well. Love all that it does, however for the price, it could be made a bit better. We have already had to contact support to replace the USB dongle on my husband's and it's only 3 weeks old. The dongle fell apart when removing it from the laptop. So much so that it got stuck in the port and had to be carefully removed with tweezers. FitBit was quick to send a replacement, but had it been built better that would not have been an issue. The USB dongle is really very cheaply made. You can tell just by feeling it. Not very good quality. Mine I purchased a week before my husband's and my band (right where you adjust the buckle) is already tearing. I have only had it a month. I cannot recommend for the quality of the actual hardware pieces, but the functionality of what it does and the software are 5 stars for sure.

got this to track my heart rate and how many cals I burn. Has worked perfect.

I have tried several other products and I really like this, information is accurate and precise, fits well, I have even get it into the shower and keeps working just fine. Only issue .... I really would like to have a better access to heart rate. Mobile app does not include HR in the info that provides verbally (as the time and miles i.e.)

Never realized how much attention I didn't pay to myself and my lack of exercise and accountability. I'm having fun with my FitBit and tracking sleep, steps, HR, exercise, etc. I'm motivated and having fun competing with myself and friends!
