This product works well. The heart rate monitor seems fairly accurate. I have two minor problems, however. First, I bought the large model, and while I don't have large wrists, the band is supposed to be positioned above the wrist joint. this is nearly impossible. Secondly, the fitbit app sometimes crashes on my smartphone.

It has been a great addition to my fitness life and overall health. I love competing with my friends and IG Followers IG @beenlosing_kurveetee. It is pretty accurate for heart rate not as accurate when using on workout equipment like treadmills and elliptical. Very easy to wear and clean. I also have a polar ft7 watch that works but this is a lot more fun to use

I got the HR to keep up with my heart rate during exercise. It is easy to use two taps on the face drills to my heart rate. This helps me stay within my acceptable rate. I also found the steps per day helpful in staying active

I have had success with the earlier Fitbit products but this one not so much. Battery life is short and the need to charge it takes it away from your needs to record progress and sleep. My expectations may be higher than most leading to my frustration. In the end though I needed to return this item because it quit functioning.

Works well with the app and does the basics well. If want detailed info it will do. Has all the basics and good price. Seldom goes the 5 days between charges, more like 4 days. If have friends who use also, it has good incentives to challenge your friends.

Seems to take quite awhile to catch up with your sleep data after you wake up or get up. Would be better if the battery was good for 3 or 4 days instead of 2 days. Tap to wake sometimes takes pretty hard thump to activate. Pleased with heart rate and sleep monitoring as that is the real reason I desired the Fitbit HR

So far I really like the FitBit Charge HR. The band is comfortable and easy to use, the HR monitor is great, tap display makes getting to my info quick and easy. I love the app for tracking my activity and sleep patterns. I like the ability for it to display my incoming calls and vibrate, now I don't miss my phone ringing when its buried in my purse!

I have a small wrist so I purchased a small. I had to return it because it felt more like a child's small. I got the large in Plum and I love it. The only problem I have is keep having to recharge it. Like 2 to 3 times a week. I've only had it for 2 weeks and had to charge it like 4 times already. Overall...I like it.

I purchased the fitbit to track my steps for my job's wellness program, but was very interested in the resting heart rate and the sleep tracking. I'm very pleased with everything except for the sleep tracking. This is apparently a pretty common issue where the unit stops tracking your sleep accurately, showing only a few hours when you know you've gotten more sleep. I'm still trying to find a fix for this. Overall, very pleased with the device (especially the color) and it will be perfect once I find a fix for the sleep thing. Also, definitely try on the small vs large bands unless you know you have teeny wrists. I thought I'd be a small, but the large is definitely more comfortable.

My Fitbit HR is exactly what I wanted and the Fitbit app is amazing! It replaced my Weight Watchers membership since it tracks my activity more accurately and allows to me to count calories and water intake! The sleep tracking is right on point. I don't leave home wirhout it!

This is a great tool to get active and link up with your friends. you can track a lot of different things like food, calories intake, calories burned, sleep quality, heart rate, what zones are best for you to work out in plus much more. Battery lasts for about 3 days and charging only takes about an hour. I love it and would highly recommend to friends.

Officially, it is only "splash proof" which means sweat, rain, puddle splashes, et cetera. I and others have successfully worn it in the shower, but that would be at your own risk. I personally have chosen not to do that anymore. It's no big deal though; it's not like I have a lot of shower steps to count, and it's a good time to pop it on the charger.

This replaced my Fitbit One, very happy with the purchase. As long as you are comfortable being connected at the wrist 24/7, I'd highly recommend this to everyone. I'd give it five stars if the activity tracker part was detachable (knowing I'd sacrifice the HR monitoring) for occasions where I was dressing up, etc.
