It's easy to use and is a nice medium between the Fitbit Surge and the regular Fitbit. I don't think the step tracking is terribly accurate even with adjusting the settings, bit I would still recommend it. :) I really like the sleep tracker!

My wife has struggeled with weight and health issues since she was 3 years old. She has done the diets, calorie counting, and personal checks, like calorie counting B.P. monitoring, very frustrating when you have a full schedule, and keep records of. This device measures things , that even include her sleep, or lack of. She now has a tool that helps her manage that which is already hard to do, but with additional info, that she can relate to her doctors. It gives har a reference point, and a sesse of accomplishment knowing she not only met but, exceeded her recommdations such as steps. There is a new found resolve, because of it She knows it is only a helping tool, but it helps build her self-confidence. Best anniversary gift ever.

My wife and I purchased 2 of the fitbit charge HR prior to the start of our vacation to help us keep track of our activities and monitor our steps mostly. Even though we walked the same distance it always measured way more steps for me than for my wife (she was not happy). The CHR (charge HR) would regularly show I walked hundreds if not a thousand or more steps than her but our distance was the same so I always won the step challenges. The heart rate monitor also always measured my heart rate at a higher bpm than hers which in turn would show my active minutes as higher. On one particular day we went walking for 2 hours at a moderate pace it showed my active minutes as 115 and hers as 46. I understand she may take longer strides when she's walking but I am not running to keep up; we walked side by side. Overall it is a good activities monitor. I question the step and HR accuracy which is why I gave it 4 stars. I should mention whenever there were stairs and escalators side by side I always took the escalators while she took the stairs.

I was slightly hesitate in purchasing this device, however I live it! It keeps me motivated to exercise daily. I know the challenges that you can do with family and friends. It works great. Sync's well with Apple or Android devices. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased this to see if it would meet my needs as my needs aren't exactly like other people's needs. I found the HR to work nicely, it was comfortable, but I wanted to do some additional programming with the device and I was not able to. The product worked well though and didn't have any issues.

Bought this for my wife, as she thought the SURGE was too big for her wrist. She loves the color and has been very happy with the units performance and help in getting her step count up. Battery lasts about 2-3 days, depending on how many times she checks her stats.

Combining the Fitbit Charge HR with myfitnesspal app has helped me lose 13 lbs in less than a month. It's a great fitness tracker. Only flaw? It's not waterproof.

This is a pretty accurate tracker I would recommend this to anyone. You don't need to buy the real high end ones to achieve all you needs. I really like how easy it is to sync to your computer, phone and other programs. The only downfall for me is the battery life. It only last for two days for me.

I used other bands before. This one is a better fit. It has a detail summary of my sleep, activities. Five days battery life is better than others. Easy to use. The charge code is too short.

I've had my Fitbit - Charge HR for about 6 weeks and I can honestly say that this is the best fitness purchase I've made since my gym membership. Since October 7th, I've been consistently wearing this device and it has drastically changed my fitness habits. The calorie tracking software is a really good add as well. No regrets here!

I love my fitbit, I wear it everyday and I use it to track almost everything, now let me clear up the waterproof issue, it isn't completely waterproof, not like swimming pool, but it is shower and quick dunk in the water, I have submerged mine in water for about 10 minutes before I realized I even had it on, it still works great!

This is my first "tracker". While it is easy to become hooked by steps tracking I have found the most value on HR and sleep monitoring. Use of the Charge HR has shown me some of my workouts (weights & cardio) were not as hard core as I imagined, but this allows me to monitor and push myself further when I need to. I also wear it when playing basketball, which has proven to be a VERY good workout from a HR and steps perspective. It appears to track my HR pretty well during exercise overall. There are moments when it loses HR, buT captures enough data to graph very well where my HR is at various points in my workout. Good item for the $. Wish it was truly waterproof although I've submerged mine and it is still working fine (so far).

I absolutely love my Fitbit charge HR!!! Great for training!!! If I were to buy it again I would buy it else where... Not at a best buy location.. It was very difficult to get, and not so easy to talk to someone about it.. I would rather buy it online or even at Walmart...but if u want to see results with your daily routines... Buy this!!!

The Fitbit is great. It fits comfortably on my wrist and is not combursome. It syncs well with my iPhone which easily tracks my steps for any given period. It also allows to sync with friends so we can challenge each other. I highly recommend this Fitbit to anyone! Best Buy made it easy to buy online and pickup in the store. A++*

My husband and I both have a FitBit HR - and have an ongoing friendly competition. This purchase was for my 12 year old son who wanted to get in on the competition and walk at least 10000 steps a day. This is a product with many uses - from an intake and output level. It can be helpful to assist in striving for a healthier lifestyle.
