I appreciate knowing the time of day; how far I've walked each day; my heart rate; how many calories I've burned; the numbers of hours of sleep each night, and the number of up-down stairs I climbed each day.

The app and the fitbit itself is great. The battery is not as long as it is stated in the manual as up to five days. Maybe three at the most. This fact did not bother me though as it charges quickly. Fitbit could save themselves a lot of trouble if they were more accurate about the battery life.

It was easy to setup and is comfortable to wear. My wife likes the purple color. The instant heart rate feature is nice. The phone call notification is cool but we wish it would also show texts. We are hoping a future software update could fix this. Battery life is good. It would be nice if the charging cable was a little longer.

This was an upgrade from the Fitbit Zip. It is comfortable to wear and it seams to count steps and heart rate accurately. The only complaint I have is that it is not accurate on the floors. There are days where I know that I have been on flat land and it says that I have done a number of floors.

I had been looking for something to track my heart rate while I worked out and then i found this fitbit Its been pretty accurate so far and I wear it almost everyday. The fitbit also tracks your sleep automatically the minute you lay down without having to press any buttons to start recording sleep like some other programs do.

I had the Charge, but did not like how it only had little snaps to keep it on your wrist similar to the Fitbit flex. I like the watch strap in the Charge Hr much better. The only downfall of the Hr compared to the charge would be the battery life, but I guess that comes with more battery usage due to the heart rate monitor in the band

With the exception of some really bolstered recordings, this product is just a greatly accurate motivational tool to get you moving and keep track of your life. Sleeping, eating inputs, exercise, all trackable. Love the platform also on phone and online, and the start up time is virtually painless

After much research, I bought the Fitbit HR even though I did see problems with it by others who bought this item. I bought it 5 weeks ago and it has performed fairly well. By using the Fitbit HR and recording everything I ate, I have reached my target weight. It motivates you to do a little extra. I know that no tracker is perfect, but this one seems to be very close. I have only one problem with the fitbit hr. The stair count does not work properly. It will report that I have climbed hundred of stairs when I have been on level ground all day. Some days it does work like it should. I have reported this problem to the Fitbit team. They have responded with suggestions that may correct the problem, but as of now, I just get a laugh out of it when I see how many stairs I did not climb. So far, no problem with the battery. Holds a charge for over 4 days. I am very happy with my purchase and I would advise anyone to go ahead and buy one. Just buy the Best Buy warranty policy at time of purchase. That way you are protected if anything go wrong.

I find this monitor easy to use with app on smart phone as well as the ability to use it on my wrist as watch, calendar, step monitor, heart monitor, stair monitor, and mile monitor. The app keeps very good track of weekly and monthly totals on all functions. The app also sends emails with hints.

My daughter and I purchased these together to help us both get in better shape. It has been great to get a feel for how much exercise we are both getting. We have it synced to our phones so that we can see our progress. It gives you the info so that you are encouraged to do a little more every day.

i like the color of the display as compared to a black one i previously owned. It is comfortable. However i believe the fitbit does not accurately calculate the measurements it still is a useful tool to trend your activity over time. I think it does a good job accuratley determining you sleep

This has been a great purchase. Not only will it keep track of steps and stairs but heart rate and calories as well. I also like that I can press and hold the side button to start capturing my workout. When I finish it I press it again and it stops. This gives me additional data that is specific to the time I was doing my workout.

This is a great fitness tracker. I love the built in heart rate monitor. It syncs automatically every 15 minutes as long as the receiver is in range. I bought this because my Garmin Vivofit stopped syncing data and Garmin has terrible customer service. So far everything with the Fitbit has worked great with no problems whatsoever.

Fitbit Charge HR Did not deliver

I purchased this Fitbit Charge HR in order to be able to monitor my heart rate during exercise and during normal activity. First, the battery life on it is very poor. I get less than 3 days on a full charge. Granted it charges farily well, but that is not very good battery life. I have also noticed that the device comes on with even the slightest movement of the wrist you wear it on. Another issue. The accuracy leaves a lot to be desired. I travel a long way back and forth to work. During travel time in my car, it racks up steps and stairs. It also seems to keep my heart rate above where it should be thus increasing the calorie burn. Bottom line. With the kinks in the way it works, if all you care about is monitoring of heart rate activity, it is good. Otherwise, I would select a different option.

I bought this to help me with my weight loss journey. I wanted to track my sleep too. I like the low profile of the product. It is not bulky to wear and very unassuming. The app that comes with it works great for tracking my calories, water, steps taken and continuous activity. I love it and I am very pleased with my purchase.

    My choice in activity trackers

This is my second Fitbit so I'm familiar with the product. There are a lot of trackers available but I like the look and functions of the Fitbit. It's not big and bulky and looks fairly sleek and fashionable. I'm not sure how accurate the heart rate monitor is but I think that's true for all these devices. I use it as a relative comparison between resting and active times. I would have given it 5 stars but I would like a version customized the way I like it which would have a slightly larger display, a smooth band (like the previous version "Force"), a little longer battery life (I think battery life is almost double for the version without the heart rate monitor) and the band sizing the same as those without the heart rate monitor. My wrist is small and the small size was great for me. This version bumps me up to the large size so I'm using the first notch and I'm worried that if the band stretches at all it will be too loose with no way to tighten it. Just being picky here. It's still the top tracker on my list.
