Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love the concept of 24 tracker and maybe if it connect to blue tooth heart monitor it would be perfect but when I start exercising the heart rate is not accurate. The main reason was to have heart rate monitored during running/ boot camps but I have to wear my polar watch for accurate heart rate. Disappointed

I purchased this item for my wife and she loved it. She uaes it everyday and she now has me and other people on her competition list which pushes her to stay active.

not that good complaint about how tight it fit. even with a 5inch wrist. guess its not the same for everyone.

Outstanding accurate device User friendly. Stylish

It's good overall. However, I have tried numerous times to get it to sync and I'm not able to. Disappointing!

This is just what I hoped it would be, tracks heart rate, steps and calories burned

I had a Fitbit force that was recalled a year or so ago, but didn't want to down grade to a flex. I am loving my charge hr specifically like the heart rate monitoring!

I bought this and ended up taking it back and bought the surge because I wanted the gps feature built in. I did however buy this product for my wife and she loves it.

I like this and the clasp is much better than the other fitbits

I like this little fitbit and it gives me all I really need, steps; stair-flights, heart rate, miles, calories burned, etc. The fitbit app is really nice too and lets you track everything. You can also have challenges with friends who also have the fitbit and the app. Just wish the battery life was a little longer - but suits my needs perfectly.

I love the battery life and features of this device. It’s sleek and goes with everything and I especially love seeing who is calling!

I had the fitbit flex and it didn't have any heart monitor, plus it also had a terrible clasp. I lost it and was very disappointed. Now, I upgraded to the Fitbit HR and couldn't be more happier. The HR is great to see how hard you're working out. This is not meant to be a serious tracker, as I have a real Garmin for that, but it's fun to do this with your friends.

I love what it can do but the product doesn’t last very long every year I need to buy a new one!

Awesome for tracking my daily steps. Also tracks caloriessnd bpm while working out

We bought this a gift for our daughter. She called us right away and let us know that she was fully impressed by the Fitbit and raved on about it. We hit a homerun!

My wife loves the fitbit charge HR so much that she feels a little anxious without it. She has been getting to 10,000 steps a day regularly and meeting her fitness goals

This was bought as a Christmas present and the price was right. Best Buy has competitive pricing and knowledgeable sales people. Also their web site is easy to use.

Sleep accuracy could be a little better and navigating through information is a little confusing, but information is there!! Just go find it! Love it!

...for the casual audience. This was a gift for my wife and she's now obsessed with it. I've had one as well and was really happy with it overall.

First 2 weeks were fun and exciting and then the fit bit stopped syncing with fitbit.com with any consistency. Part of the appeal for the product is the ability to track your goals and accomplishments with the fitbit website. Manufacturer is aware of problem but has not resolved. Older versions do not have this issue. Until this is resolved I would NOT purchase again.
