    This device is great, not only do you get your steps, miles... But you can easily get your heart rate also. See your rate at rest, then start walking, and look again. Gives you a great idea of what kind of shape you're in.

    I love my Fit-bit and have used it everyday since I first got it! It displays time, heart-rate, steps, etc. and syncs with my iPhone so you get caller-ID feature as well.

    I purchased the Fitbit to lose weight. Some of the great features is that you can scan food packages for the calorie counts. I was surprised to learn how many times I awake or have restlessness at night. Easy to set up!!!
