    I am not particularly happy with this product. It may be a matter of needing more training on it, but unfortunately, Best Buy does not seem to have any associates that truly understand the fitbit and how the software works. It is not easy to find a way to transfer information to My Fitness Plan and yet I was told they would work together. If Best Buy had a 30 day return policy instead of its limited two weeks, I would have returned the product. I would even be happy if someone from Best Buy had a better understanding and could help me. I would certainly recommend to someone that if they want to try the fitbit, then, at least, buy from a store with a more friendly return policy.

    Seems to keep accurate reading for number of steps taken which is the main reason for this purchase. I like to know how far I've walked each day and how much actual exercise I'm getting.

    I enjoy using the Fitbit charge HR. I have very small wrists so it doesn't fit as it should ... should be able to be more flexible. The product should be able to gave a battery life of at least a week, but I haven't even come close to a week. 3 days and it's on the low side. I mostly use my phone to check progress so the problem isn't using the HR to check my progress. I wish they made interchangeable bands so we could change colors occasionally. I would still recommend this as I don't know how well other similar products work.
