I love that it tracks and works well. Has alot of features but I hate the battery life. Have to charge it every few days.

Purchased as a gift to my daughter and she loves it. Monitors her daily steps and activities. She now wears it as an every day accessory.

Everything works as stated except the battery life does not last but around 3 days if you are using all the functions. Love the caller ID!

The clock feature is very useful. I also really do appreciate the heart rate monitor. The app works wonderful. Thanks fit bit and Best Buy

This product is great, the only thing I would like differently, is for it to be waterPROOF instead of only waterRESISTANT.

Love my FitBit! The exercise tracking is more sophisticated than I thought it'd be and it's great to track sleep, create challenges, etc.

Bought this for my wife; she absolutely loves it. She gets a kick out of being able to compete with her friends/peers daily in challenges.

Very happy with the Fitbit Charge HR. It is not too bulky and rides out of the way about an inch above wrist bone. It syncs with the iPhone 6 seamlessly (after Fitbit phone rep patiently helped me set it up using laptop as phone initially balked). It is about 3 to 3 1/2 days between charges. I like that it syncs with other fitness apps and there is apparently a workaround app to allow it to sync with iPhone health app but I have not found that necessary. I did install a protective cover on the screen and woudln't be without it.

Love the Fitbit. Since purchasing I find myself encouraged to do a bit more, walk a little farther, set bigger goals.

Bought an imitation, wrong thing to do. I have had mine for 3 weeks and I love it. Best money spent. Keeps me motivated to keep moving.

I love my new Fitbit HR! It's very comfortable and I love that it shows the heart rate, which is what made me pick this particular type.

Bought this for my 11 year old for her birthday, she wears it all the time and keeps track of everything. Gets her more active. Awesome.

Excellent product but there are a few things that could work better. The sleep program does not reflect accurately what a person sleeps. If you are awake and don't move much, it doesn't record that time as awake. If you are laying down reading, it starts that sleep timer then. Not accurate at all. It has a tracker for cycling, but does not compute accurately for that either if you are in a spin class. Just a few quirks, but I would highly recommend this product to any one. I love it.

My wife's fitbit hr works great. She loves all of the tracking info that it gives her, and helps keeps her active to meet her daily goals

My grandson wanted a little more motivation to get him in shape for baseball. Setting goals for himself helps keep him on track.

Really like my Fitbit Hr Charge. It is simple to use and the battery life will last a few days. Link to your phone. Helps motivate you.

I really liked my Fitbit Charge HR, but wished it had lasted longer. Thank goodness I got the warranty.

The product itself is everything it says it is and the alarm feature is really nice but the app you sync it with is poorly designed and needs re installation frequently.

I love my fitbit it keeps track of everything that I do but the best part is my sleep now I truly know I don't get enough rest at night
