Purchased this for my wife to track her fitness and steps. If this is what your after this is a great product. It does not alert to messages received on the Samsung S6 yet, supposed to be in the works. When this update is complete this is perfect and not as large as other smart watched. Seems to be rugged enough, no large glass to risk breaking. Make sure to go with the HR model!!!

I would have given it five stars but unfortunately after about 3 months, the band started separating from the main part of the device and I had to exchange it. Happened with the Fitbit Charge too. Glad I paid extra for the warranty because they are awesome about exchanging it.

You must use the app on your phone or tablet devise to make it fully functional and useful. Initially had problems counting steps and had to return. The new one has issues with the heart rate monitor and also keeping time. You have to constantly sync wih the app to keep it functional. My wife has the Garmin Vivosmart and has never had a problem with it.

This is a very good fitness tracker at a good price point. The display is intuituve and it includes several important functions. Not the best tracker for an advanced user, it lacks a few advanced features. The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because the stair tracker is either buggy or inaccurate. Otherwise this is a very good fitness tracker.

Really love my fitbit, my only complaint would be that it isn't water-proof.

Does not fit smaller wrists well as band is very inflexible and gaps on the sides. If band tension is reduced for comfort it may not record data properly. If snug it tends to irritate my skin. Display is small and not visible unless you push a button or shake your hand to activate it--annoying if you want to use it in place of a standard wristwatch.

Does what it supposed to do - but the Quick View with a 'flick of the wrist' feature rarely works.

This was great for about 2 years....after 2years, it had many problems, Nd fell apart.

Seems like it really works.Just need to remember to put it on.

This is our first fitbit, also have a Jawbone UP3. The battery on the Jawbone lasts about 3 times as long. Most likely due to the display on the Fitbit. A longer battery life would get a higher rating. Would love to combine the apps for the Jawbone abd Fitbit, that would be great!
