I purchased this for my wife for Christmas and she was excited to receive it. She wore it for two days, trying it on each different wrist and could not get it to be comfortable because of the HR monitor digging in. I returned it and purchased her an Apple Watch during the $100 off promotion.

This item is good for non runners. The Garmin forerunner is what a runner would want. The Fitbit charge hr is ideal for average person who wants to keep track of daily activity.

This is my second Fitbit. I love the product and the challenges with the app aids in motivational weight loss. However, please get a warranty with this product because my first one stopped syncing with the app. When I purchased this one I priced matched it for an awesome price

Best Buy price matched my Fitbit Charge HR, made it very easy. I love the daily goals on the app it syncs with. The battery doesn't hold a charge for 5 days like it states, but it charges quickly. It keeps me motivated, keeps me moving! It also tracks my hikes on a map! It does everything and more than expected!

My wife used to wear this all the time. Now she can't get the battery to last more than 3 days. Contacted Fitbit and they are making me jump through a bunch of hoops to prove that their battery capacity is not what they claim.

It actually hurts my wrist, and I'm not impressed with the device.

My wife has wanted one of these for quite a while. I purchased one a few weeks ago and she loves it. She especially likes the Bluetooth interconnectivity with the iPhone and the caller ID feature so she doesn't have to take the phone out of her pocket or purse to see who is calling.

Fitbit does everything is says it will do. Very comfortable and can wear it with anything. Really has motivated my wife and kids to get up and get moving. They have contests to see who has the most steps at the end of the day. Worth the money.

Accuracy of heat rate monitor and calories burned not good. HR monitor readout is small. So if older, need to wear glasses while working out to read. Would have thought more functionality. On plus side, comfortable and fits well.

The fit bit HR is amazing it has worked perfectly it's durable and of course I put the two you want to be on it my girlfriend is very satisfied with it she uses it for fitness and for every day where she works in the medical field so it's even drove enough to last you that I would recommend this product

For an activity tracker a must must be its durability and build quality. The screen scratches very easily, and the band gets roughed up too easily. Have only been using for a month. The Heart Rate monitor is as mentioned frequently not very accurate and slow to respond to changes.

My only complaint is we've had 3 fitbits that had to be replaced for various reasons which normally would lead to an average review but with the protection plan the Geek Squad was phenomenal all 3 times no questions asked when we returned them and even got money back due to sales..it was quick and easy.

I have had my fitbit for about 6 weeks and now it is a useless ugly purple waste of 150 dollars. I wasn't very happy with the application. It doesn't have idle alert. You have to "tell" it you are working out. You can't easily see your heart rate while working out. You can't read the screen with polarized glasses or outside. The sizing is akward and doesn't fit a woman's smaller wrist well. I just got notice I needed to do an upgrade and the unit is now in a frozen hell where it won't reboot.. won't accept the update (despite trying multiple multiple times). I have the most recent android version and my phone is only a year old.. This tracker is a horrible unit. It is ugly as sin...looks like a early 80's digital watch.. just not worth the money at all. and customer service has been useless

I'm in Florida, my daughter is living in Alaska. Although we have a 4 hour time zone difference, we're in constant Weekend Warrior challenge mode. The band is comfortable and the style is simple enough to wear anytime. I don't always purchase insurance, but I did on this item due to constant wear.

It's a basic step counter with a heart rate counter.

I am in love with my new Fitbit. Having the ability to track my steps as well as my calories helps me keep the urge to overeat in check! It also works very well at making me much more aware of sleep patterns and works to help me improve! Not to mention how much fun challenges with friends can be!

This is a mostly stable device with an informative dashboard.

I own another fitbit and purchased this unit as a birthday gift for my mom. We now have weekly fitbit family challenges between my aunts, uncles, and cousins, and as a result, we have all become healthier together. This little watch is a game changer - just go for it and change your daily habits!

It would be fantastic if it monitored blood pressure as well.
