We purchased the Fitbit HR for our grandson and he loves it. Watching his progress and how much more interested he is in his health, easily justifies the cost, which by the way was relatively low.

fitbit is great, only you have to charge it every other day!! starts out ok 3 to 4 days.... but the older it gets, the worse the battery life is!!!!

You pay for the app and the tech support (which is great btw)cause it will start to fall apart in the first year. They will return it without problem the first time. Third generation owner here.

Product is a great health tracker and it makes working out more fun by tracking all your progress. I ended up buying the Fitbit Blaze since it has more features but this works perfectly for the needs of my girlfriend.

Fitbit hr is the best. I never want to take it off. I don't want to take a step without it!!! It's great with helping me keep my weight loss goals in check with the way it keeps track of everything. Highly recommend!

I was a little hesitant to give 5 stars, more like 4.5. the .5 was for ease of setup for the non-technical user this was a gift for. Otherwise they really enjoy the Fitbit after the few hiccups they had setting it up

I had a regular fit bit and wanted one that would track my heart rate. Unfortunately, it is not too accurate when it comes to heart rate. Tracking of steps is okay. The watch portion is terrible when I travel. It usually takes at least 2 days for it to catch up with the time zone change. A trip to Europe last summer for 2 weeks and it never caught up with the proper time. My first unit quit working after about 6 months. The company replaced it no questions asked but I'm not sure it's worth the money for something that is not very accurate nor durable.

Bought a pair of these for my wife and I. My wife is "technology averse" so I'm delighted she is using hers all the time and I don't have to be in-house technology support for her! She just uses it! No fuss, no muss!

After losing my first Fitbit, I needed another one with a watch-like clasp, so it wouldn't fall off like the first one. I love everything about the display--the time, date, steps, heart rate, miles, and step levels!

Originally had Fitbit charge..which was great except band kept popping open with any pressure put upon it...Fitbit charge HR has a much better band...more watch like...no worries about it falling off and losing it!

My sister got this after glowing recommendations from me and loves it. We regularly battle with other friends and it motivates us to be as active as possible. :)

I bought it as a surprise for my wife. She had talked about getting one. She wears it all the time. Thanks Best Buy for price matching without any hassle. Tech was very helpful it getting her set up with her IPad.

My son who is 10 loves using the Fitbit app to set goals and accomplish them. Since others in our family, including myself, also use Fitbits, we all have fun trying to keep up with each other.

Fitbit works great bought this for my wife and she loves it. I also own one and we compete all the time now with the step challenges. Great product a bit pricey but you get what you pay for .

I absolutely love this product! When used with the app you can have some friendly competition with your friends. I use this everyday as a watch and a caller ID when I leave my phone at my desk and I step away.

The actual device is very good. However weekly statues that were originally very accurate became inaccurate and then I stopped receiving them altogether. In addition the watch keeps loosing time

My Fitbit dies fast only last 2 days and I noticed it doesn't record my sleep most nights also while I'm driving it counts steps that I'm not taking

love competing with friends for steps. just have to careful though, doesn't track steps if arm is not in motion when walking (such as holding on to a stroller or shopping cart while walking)

Works great, gift for the wife and it helps motivate and keep her on track. She loves all the features it offers and has used it for a while and still finding new things it can help her track! Great investment!
