    Disappointing Best Buy Experience

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS AS A GIFT FROM BEST BUY! I purchased a size small Blue FitBit Charge HR on sale 5 days before Christmas and tried to exchange it a week later unopened for same model in size large, but Best Buy refused to do an even exchange and demanded $40 extra. I talked to 2 assistant managers (one of which was very rude) and customer service online, with absolutely no help, so I returned it. Best Buy tried to blame it on Fitbit as violating their policies, which seems unlikely. By not honoring the sale price I paid, Best Buy lost a sale (and longtime customer), as now I will purchase it from another retailer to give the correct size as a gift.

I'm glad that I upgraded for the Alta. My favorite part is when it shows I've received a text. Like with any step tracker, I'm not sure how accurate it is and sometimes I forget to swing my arm when I walk so it doesn't count those steps. The battery life is great and it's comfortable to wear

This is the third Fitbit that I have purchased. I gave this one to our grandson and he loves it as much as I do mine. It is a very good product that does exactly what it is sold to do. I allows one to challenge friends and family in daily, weekly and lifetime activity. Great way to motivate everyone to get moving.

Holds a charge for days, unlike my previous Jawbone. Like the easy view for clock, just swing my arm up and the clock lights up. Sometimes wonder if step count is the most accurate, but it does the job of making me move. Would like a reminder when I don't move for a certain amount of time...

Mother's Day gift, super awesome. Light on the wallet to make your mom feel like she's accomplishing some thing by the hour. Integration with a smart phone is easy. If you love something that helps you in life with health, I think you'll take an extra minute from your life to understand the app and its logistics.

This is my second Fitbit. I love the product and the challenges with the app aids in motivational weight loss. However, please get a warranty with this product because my first one stopped syncing with the app. When I purchased this one I priced matched it for an awesome price

This item is good for non runners. The Garmin forerunner is what a runner would want. The Fitbit charge hr is ideal for average person who wants to keep track of daily activity.

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas and she was excited to receive it. She wore it for two days, trying it on each different wrist and could not get it to be comfortable because of the HR monitor digging in. I returned it and purchased her an Apple Watch during the $100 off promotion.

Best Buy price matched my Fitbit Charge HR, made it very easy. I love the daily goals on the app it syncs with. The battery doesn't hold a charge for 5 days like it states, but it charges quickly. It keeps me motivated, keeps me moving! It also tracks my hikes on a map! It does everything and more than expected!

My wife used to wear this all the time. Now she can't get the battery to last more than 3 days. Contacted Fitbit and they are making me jump through a bunch of hoops to prove that their battery capacity is not what they claim.

My wife has wanted one of these for quite a while. I purchased one a few weeks ago and she loves it. She especially likes the Bluetooth interconnectivity with the iPhone and the caller ID feature so she doesn't have to take the phone out of her pocket or purse to see who is calling.

This does everything you could want in a fit. I bought it for our son and he wears it everyday. Our entire family challenges each other on steps daily. The color is so fun and he loves the was it buckles like a watch! Fits great and looks great!

Fitbit does everything is says it will do. Very comfortable and can wear it with anything. Really has motivated my wife and kids to get up and get moving. They have contests to see who has the most steps at the end of the day. Worth the money.
