The fit bit HR is amazing it has worked perfectly it's durable and of course I put the two you want to be on it my girlfriend is very satisfied with it she uses it for fitness and for every day where she works in the medical field so it's even drove enough to last you that I would recommend this product

My only complaint is we've had 3 fitbits that had to be replaced for various reasons which normally would lead to an average review but with the protection plan the Geek Squad was phenomenal all 3 times no questions asked when we returned them and even got money back due to sales..it was quick and easy.

For an activity tracker a must must be its durability and build quality. The screen scratches very easily, and the band gets roughed up too easily. Have only been using for a month. The Heart Rate monitor is as mentioned frequently not very accurate and slow to respond to changes.

Accuracy of heat rate monitor and calories burned not good. HR monitor readout is small. So if older, need to wear glasses while working out to read. Would have thought more functionality. On plus side, comfortable and fits well.

I have had my fitbit for about 6 weeks and now it is a useless ugly purple waste of 150 dollars. I wasn't very happy with the application. It doesn't have idle alert. You have to "tell" it you are working out. You can't easily see your heart rate while working out. You can't read the screen with polarized glasses or outside. The sizing is akward and doesn't fit a woman's smaller wrist well. I just got notice I needed to do an upgrade and the unit is now in a frozen hell where it won't reboot.. won't accept the update (despite trying multiple multiple times). I have the most recent android version and my phone is only a year old.. This tracker is a horrible unit. It is ugly as sin...looks like a early 80's digital watch.. just not worth the money at all. and customer service has been useless

It's a basic step counter with a heart rate counter.

I'm in Florida, my daughter is living in Alaska. Although we have a 4 hour time zone difference, we're in constant Weekend Warrior challenge mode. The band is comfortable and the style is simple enough to wear anytime. I don't always purchase insurance, but I did on this item due to constant wear.

I am in love with my new Fitbit. Having the ability to track my steps as well as my calories helps me keep the urge to overeat in check! It also works very well at making me much more aware of sleep patterns and works to help me improve! Not to mention how much fun challenges with friends can be!

This is a mostly stable device with an informative dashboard.

I own another fitbit and purchased this unit as a birthday gift for my mom. We now have weekly fitbit family challenges between my aunts, uncles, and cousins, and as a result, we have all become healthier together. This little watch is a game changer - just go for it and change your daily habits!

Great product for those tech savvy moms out there. Gotta say Fitbit has a great customer service as well. I deducted a star because it's not as waterproof as you would think. Just don't go swimming with it on. Otherwise deffinitly a great product to buy for your mother.u

it does give you a very vague understanding of your daily activities and sleep however, I noticed that when I polish a wine glass at work, the motion of my wrist adds anything from 10 - 12 steps without me moving so I would not believe its accuracy to be 100% or even 75%

It would be fantastic if it monitored blood pressure as well.

Great features, but do not like the band. Not easy to put on.

After using a different product and having issues with it staying charged I decided to try a fitbit. I love the fit. It charges quickly and it even synchs with the popular diet app - dash diet. This helps with your diet and movement.

Good fitness tracker . Does what its supposed to do. Comfortable and easy to use

This was a birthday present for my daughter last month. As a college freshman, she worries about how little time she has to exercise. This has truly helped her put a strategy to "moving" enough. I will be interested to see if this product holds up over time with daily use.

The Fitbit HR does not seem to be accurate in its measurements!

I do love the fit bit, but unfortunately the clasp gives me blisters and rashes. The company uses cheap metal. I am learning how to coat it with liquid plastic so I can wear it again. I am finding this problem is common, so I hope they change the clasp for future buyers.

i like the product but if you are not a person who wears watches all day long it takes some getting used to, but i love it and use it to challenge with my family so that we keep each other motivated to get our steps it. it syncs well with the app and other fitbit products
